M&L for 150 mm thick GSB-II with broken stone aggregate 40mm to 60mm size interstices filled, laid in two layers , each layer of 75mm spread thickness, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (consolidated thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) laid using mechanical paver in two layer , each layer 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) using crushed stone aggregate of approved grading, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity including necessary lateral support and form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick with reflectorizing glass bends (glass bends @ 250gram per Sqm) to roads, pavements and the like finishing surface to uniform level and free from streaks and holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting 80 mm dia Cl pipe, inserting tee 80 mm dia CI Tee for making new connection including runless joint necessary excavation and earh work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of valve pit of size 450mmx450mmx450 mm(internal dimension) with one brick thick wall & brick masonary with old size fly ash bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary excavation earth work, disposal of surplus soil up to 50 M, rendering internally with 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4.15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 outside upto 150 mm depth and with angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx6mm, with locking arrangement including equal size of angle hold fast, 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover, handle and locking arrangement including applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(A) OUTER SHELL:- The outer shell shall be made of min 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet supported on MS angle section 75mmx75mmx5mm with 45 cm above and 45 cm below ground level frame with openable front & back with concealed hinges single door system,lockable/openable by keys from both sides, having flush pattern fancy locks, louvers & air vent with gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate with hing provision for entry of armoured cable with adequate size glands. Provision of earthing studs at bottom and threaded lifting lugs of suitable sizes at top to lift the feederpillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate havingconventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided.

(B) INNER SHELL:- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet compartmentalized to accomodate each control gear front openable, single door system lockable/Openable with U type gasket to make the inner shell complete vermin proof having chromium plate.

(C) INCOMING:- (i) MCCB 4P,100 Amps rating 415 voltss AC supply 25 KA fixed thermal and magnetic setting, Ics=100% Icu,- 01 No (ii) Anodised copper busbar of suitable length mounted on insulator of 150 Amps capacity - 4 Nos

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of inverter type Split Air Conditioner of 2.0 TR (6000 Kcal/Hr) capacity, complete with cordless remote control unit and with built-in air-ionizer and plasma filter for better air quality with minimum 3 Star rating and EER of 3.2 and above. Indoor unit Hi wall mounted type, suitable for 230 Volt, 50 Hz, Single phase AC supply and capable for performing the function as cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating and filtering. The air conditioners shall be complete with automatic temperature control, cut-in, cut-out for variable temperature range 16 to 30 degree C. The differential of cut-in cut-out shall not be greater than + 1.75 degree C to be provided with electronic thermostat as per IS 11338 of 1985. Outdoor unit of the air conditioner shall be fitted with discharge cooled type rotary / scroll compressors operating on non-CFC refrigerants (like R410A or equivalent) with suitable rated capacitor start electric motor equipped with overload protection and mounted on resilient mountings for quiet operations and with following specifications :- .

(vi) The EER values shall correlate to the values specified by the BEE star level for 5 star rating certification mentioned in the table 2.2 of the Gazette of India notification number 024 dated 5 Jan 2010 issued by Central Govt. of India NOTES (a) The installation shall include mounting/fitting indoor units at respective location. Laying refrigerant piping of upto 6 mtr length and connecting both the units after drilling bores in the wall as required. (b) The thickness of copper tubing shall not be less than 0.70 mm. Suction pipe shall be insulated with expanded polythene foam not less than 5 mm thick. LayingPVC conduit of 20 mm dia as in drain pipe upto required length at site to drain out the condensate water being formed in the condensing unit. Leak testing of the entire system. Charging refrigerant gas in the unit and suitable electric wiring between indoor and outdoor unit upto 6 Mtr length and upto switch within 3 Mtr of locationof indoor unit.
