| 1.01(A) CHILLER UNIT:- Designing, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Micro – Processor based water Cooled Scroll Chiller Machine (2 Nos both working and 01 No standby) each of minimum capacity 50 TR each or higher side as per OEM standard comprising of multi circuit hermetically sealed scroll type compressor having automatic capacity control, HP/LP & oil pressure cut out, shell and tube type water cooled condenser DX/Flooded with automatic microprocessor based starter panel as per OEM suitable for operation on Non CFC refrigerant (R-410a/R407c) complete in all respect. The chiller shall confirm to the following requirements/specifications:- (i) Chilled water inlet/outlet temperature : 12/7 degree centigrade. (ii) Overall COP of AC plant should be greater that 3. (iii) Power consumption less than 0.85KW/TR @100% load. (iv) Test standard : ARI 550/590. (v) Condenser water inlet/outlet temp 32/36 degree centigrade. (vi) Foundation shall be as per OEM recommendations. (vii) Unit capacity reduction step in percentage : 33/66/100. (viii) Any other technical details as per OEM standard. | |||||||
| 1.02(a) PUMPS:- (i) Designing, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Monoblock, self-priming, single stage centrifugal Chilled Water Pump of minimum capacity 900 LPM and 24 mtr head, working at 100% capacity each for AC plant with bronze impeller, carbon steel pump Shaft, CED coated CI body, mechanical seal, deep grove ball bearing, with suitable HP, TEFC squirrel, induction motor (IE-2 efficiency) with class ‘B” insulation, 2900 RPM synchronous speed, operating at 415_+ 10% Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply. Necessary mounting MS frame work with anti-vibration pad & foundation work complete as required. (1 Working + 1 Standby). (ii) Designing, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Monoblock, self-priming, single stage centrifugal condenser water Pump of minimum capacity 1500 LPM and 20 mtr head, working at 100% capacity each. | 1.03(iii) Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Monoblock Type Hot water pump of minimum capacity of 330 LPM and 24 mtr head, working at 100% capacity each for AC plant with bronze impeller, carbon sheet pump shaft, CED coated CI body, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (IOE-2 efficiency) with class ‘B’ insulation, 2900 RPM synchronous speed, operating at 415_+ 10% Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. including Mechanical seal. | 1.04(B) HOT WATER GENRATION (HWG) Designing, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of electrically OPERATED Hot Water Generator of minimum capacity 100 KW (01 No), working at 100% capacity. Electric Hot water Generator complete with insulation Emersion type Heater, control panel and all controls etc for winter heating with suitable controls for automatic function for maintaining temperature and humidity as specified throughout the year with control panel with control wiring, safety device etc complete with necessary foundation, electric connection, earthing pipe work, insultation etc complete all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE. | 1.05(D) COOLING TOWER Designing, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Induced draft counter flow, vertical discharge type FRP Cooling tower- 01 No of capacity not less that 120 TR flow rate should not be less than 2200 LPM working at 100% capacity with ultra-violet treated durable & highly efficient PVC fittings with integral louvers and drift eliminators, open pan suitable for water distribution complete with hot FRP water basin. The hot water shall be distributed to fills in each cell via pen type gravity type basin or with spray nozzles of having self rotating sprinklers. Cooling tower shall be provided with statically and dynamically balanced one no, anti-corrosion treated axial flow type fan- direct driven of driven through special beveled reduction gear box with TEFC induction motor, IE-2, suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections and suitable inspection hot-dipped galvanized ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti-vibration mountings etc complete as required. The unit shall be installed at proper foundation as per site requirements & OEM recommendations. (Civil foundation works is included in the scope of work). | |||||||
| 1.06(E) AIR HANDLING UNIT(S) Designing, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of factory built Floor mounted double skin type air handling units with VFD of minimum capacity 18000 CFM (01 No 6000 CFM and 01 No 12000 CFM as mentioned in Annex ‘A’) of each as per design for building with thermal break profile made of 25 mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G I casing of thickness 0.8mm outside and 0.8mm thick GI sheet inside layer with CFC-FREE P.U. insulation of density 42(+5%) Kg/M3 factory injected between them by infection molding machine, complete with DIDW blower fan having minimum face velocity 550 FPM and minimum static pressure against plant must be designed to work 50mm. The unit shall consist minimum 6 rows deep colling coil & minimum 2 row deep heating coil as per requirements (not limited to listed below) with aluminum finned (12 FPI) copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.41mm), filter sections with 50mm thick washable synthetic type pre filters having efficiency 90% down to 10 micron, to achieve inside design conditions and TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of suitable HP, IE2 protection, suitable for operation at 415 -+ 10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, A.C. supply, complete with drain connections with necessary control arrangement to switch off the fan in case of fire, indicating lamp & all safety precaution in powder coated GI enclosure with necessary power and control cable as required. The AHU (S) should have space for humidifier & Control cable as required. The AHU (S) should have space for humidifier & Control panel of suitable capacity with necessary protection is to be provided for AHU’s (01 No 6000 CFM and 01 No 12000 CFM as mentioned in Annex ‘A’) | |||||||
| 1.07(F) PIPING WORKS. (a) CHILLED/HOT WATER PIPING (i) Designing, Supplying laying/fixing, testing and commissioning of nominal size of Chilled/Hot water MS ERW Class “C” piping (as per IS-1239) inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings, valves, strainers, gauges etc) Designing Outside pipe line shall be insulated with 50mm thick EPS TF quality duly plastered using sand cement plaster not less than 15mm thick over chicken wire mess complete as required as site. Note : The pipe of size 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS : 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M S sheet for pipes up to 350 mm dia and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. | |||||||
| 1.08(b) Misc items for AC Plant :- (i) Designing, Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning off sizes valves, strainers, Gauges etc(qty as per design & site requirement) in the chilled/hot water plumbing duly insulated to the same specification as the connected piping and adequately supported as required at site. | |||||||
| 1.09(ii) BUTTERFLY VALVES (MANUAL) :- Designing, Supply, Installation and testing of Butterfly Valves with CI body SS Disc, Nitrile Rubber Seal & O – Ring PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/Hot water circulation as required at site at site. | |||||||
