Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN (eighty to one hundred kilo newton) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and M.O.R.D.Technical Specification Clause 406 as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) mixed with Organo Silane Nanotechnology based water soluble compound (Terra Prime) in the ratio of 1KG of organosilane compound (TerraPrime) : 200 Ltrs. of Water : 100 Ltrs. of Bitumen Emulsion SS1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying water soluble "Nanotac" organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion RS1 and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1.40 kg ( Four point four zero) silane : 100 kg ( Hundred kilogramme) cationic bitumen emulsion : 100 ( Hundred) liter water . (Take 1.4 kg of silane nano technology and add in 100 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 ( Hundred ) kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation.) Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution at the rate of 0.25-0.30 (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty) liter per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty milimetre) thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.50 per cent of mix and filler using Nano-Technology Based Organo Silane Compound (Zycotherm) @ 0.1% by the weight of bitumen for enhanced performance, durability and water proofing, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 3 mm (three millimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 grms (at the rate two hundred fifty grams) per square metre area, thickness of 2.5mm (two point five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 and MORD specification section 1700 and MORTH 2013 clause 803. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing cat eye make (3m) of size 100x20mm (One hundred into twenty millimetre) made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 kg (Thirteen thousand six hundred thirty five kilogram) tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (Thirty five) +/-5 (Plus obligue minus five) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm (Twelve centimetre) of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, Goods Service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
