Attending Split AC units break Down calls at the following locations by arranging skilled AC technician for complete checking for fault status of / input supply / Indoor PCB / Out door PCB / Compressor / making the unit in working condition by replacing minor spares / services / drain water leakages etc., as required. [NOTE: This item (Sr.No.: 1 & 2) will not be operated if the General Servicing of SAC (Sr.No.:3) is operated] (a) In TEs/ BTS / Admn buildings located Upto 30 kms

(b) In TEs/ BTS / Admn buildings located Beyond 30 kms

General servicing of 1.5 TR Inverter/Non-Inverter type split AC units including removing of filters and washing with water, Cleaning of condenser and evaporating coil with jet water, blowing dust/ cleaning of filters checking of connections etc., as required.

S/F of the following accessories for the 1.5 TR Non-Inverter type Split AC units suitable for operation on 230 volts,50Hz AC supply, including removing of faulty items, refixing, testing etc., as required. a) Indoor / outdoor Fan motor Run capacitor.

b) 36/45 Mfd Metal body capacitor for compressor suitable for 415 volts AC Supply etc., as required.

c) Condenser unit fan blade (PVC)

d) Blower Bushes for indoor split AC unit

e) New blower unit for 1.5 TR Split AC unit.

f) New Condenser fan motor in replacement of Burnt motor.

g) 3x2.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible wire

h) Non-Inverter type 1.5TR AC Unit PCB controller repair.

i) Topping up of R-22 refrigerant gas

j) Complete Gas charging with R-22 refrigerant gas for 1.5 TR Split AC units AC i/c Nitrogen pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation etc., as required.

k) Replacing of internal wiring for indoor unit of 1.5 TR Split AC unit testing etc., as required

h) Temperature Sensor

i) Complete Gas charging with R-410A refrigerant gas for 1.5 TR Split AC units i/c Nitrogen pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation etc., as required.

j) Providing new PCB controller(indoor unit) for inverter type AC unit including removing faulty pcb controller etc as reqd

k) Providing new PCB controller (Outdoor unit) for inverter type AC unit including removing faulty pcb controller etc as reqd

Dismantling of existing 1.5 TR Split type AC Unit both Indoor and Outdoor Units with copper pipe and cable, flexible pipe, outdoor unit stand i/c plug and socket, stabilizer and its accessories i/c pump down of gas making good the site etc., as required.

Transportation of split type AC unit from one site to another site in HTD BA as per directions of Engineer-in -charge.

Installation testing and commissioning of 1.5TR Split type AC units in suitable location including fixing of indoor unit on wall/ existing angle iron stand, out-door unit on the wall/ existing angle iron frame, laying of existing copper pipe lines, leak testing, gas releasing, interconnections, making opening in wall, making good the damages, etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing of heavy duty readymade MS angle irn frame for mounting of outdoor unit with anchor bolts etc., as required.

Providing and fixing additional copper refrigerant pipe line of suitable size (as per manufacturer recommendation) for existing Split AC units including insulation, necessary clamping etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of 50mm dia reinforced flexible PVC pipe for covering the refrigerant piping including providing of foam covering on copper piping etc complete as required

Supplying and fixing of 3 pin 15/16 A plug top along with interconnections etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 3 pin 15/16 A socket and switch in PVC box along with interconnections etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm PVC Drain pipe including bends, "T"s and couplers etc as reqd.
