Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to not exc.30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand), depth of potholes not exc.30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm for semi-dense asphaltic concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder (paving bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid with prpelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous mecadam with paving bitumen (considering binder content, grade VG-30 of 4% by weight of total hot mix with aggregate, in hot mix plant) laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber on prepared WBM/ bituminous surfaces (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc.15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in floor/ paving/ path finished the surface concrete pavement by brooming including necessary steel formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick sand filling under floor or foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed, glossy finished, precast cement concrete coloured interlocking tiles, paver block, any shape and size as approved with grey cement and pigment, factory made 60mm thick, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade in floor/ pavement laid over sand cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Manufacturers test certificate for crushing strength and water absorption shall be submitted alongwith sample.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exc.10cm wide on roads, pavement with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
