Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves) (Make VAG,AVK,Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720 , replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16 - dia 150mm.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Refixing the interlocking paver blocks laid over a bed of 50mm thick coarse sand compacted properly with vibrator placing each block firmly fixed with neighbouring block in an approved pattern including applying vibrator to the paver block and sand bed with suitable vibrator and vibrating dry sand into the joints till the sand fill the joints, packing the edge sides/kerb wall side / wall side with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement :4 fine sand). The rate include all cost for paver block, sand, loading and unloading from separation, vibrating the bed sand and paver blocks to the required degree into a proper camber and gradient including packing the edge sides/ kerb wall side/ wall side with cemnt mortar 1:4 (one cement :4 fine sand) as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand , filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete.
