Providing R.S.Joist ISMB 350X140 mm size fitting and fixing in position including cutting to required in shape and size, its carriage applying a primer coat of red lead paint etc all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (two no. for base and one no. to pulling up of Pump).
Raw Water Machinery & Clear Water Machinery
Supply and delivery of Vertical water/oil lubricated statically, dynamically , hydraulically balanced turbine pump capable of discharging the following duty condition as given below due to all causes with surface discharge head confirming to IS 1710 and as amended as on date with accessories as per IS 5120/1977 ( Reaffirmed 2011 ) and as amended thereafter to suit the site condition. The speed, Number of stages, sizes of column pipes and line shaft indicated is based on site condition prevailing during investigation. The pump should be supplied with non reversible ratchet pin housing safety clutch, suction strainer etc. The Pump Bowl assembly shall be with bronze impeller running at 1450 RPM. The pump includes suitable head shaft, suitable 1.5 meter long SS line shaft required Nos. to suit the well depth, Rubber line shaft bearing of required Nos., C.I Bearing retainer of required Nos., 100 liter HDPE Pre- lubricating tank with 20mm PVC Rigid pipe connection along with GM gate valves, Suitable ERW column pipe of each 1.5m long of required Nos. to suit the well depth, Suction bell mouth of suitable size, M.S. clamps suitable for column pipe/line shaft -2 set and Spanner - 1 set etc. complete.
Discharge- 15775 LPM and Head- 47 m (2W+1S) (Intake to Pro. WTP)
Add 7.5% extra for each 1.5 m length column pipe assembly in the above rate.
Supply and delivery of Horizontal split casing centrifugal pump conforming to IS 1520 and as amended thereafter with CI casing and split glands, stainless steel shaft, hydraulically and dynamically balanced bronze impellers capable of discharging required quantity of water against a total head noted below due to all causes and with the accessories such as G.M air release cock, Grease cup, G.I priming funnel, M.S lifting hook, drip water G.I pipe connections, leading to the outside of pump house rubber water deflector, double flap foot valve, G.M strainer including unique tyre type coupling, common M.S fabricated base to mount pump and motor and other standard fittings etc complete. Pump shall be capable of discharging the specified quantity at the head noted at the minimum NPSH at site conditions. The shut off head shall be atleast 25% over and above the head at duty point. The pump shall be suitable for operation in AC three phase , 415 V , 50 Hz , 1500 RPM.
Therefore (4W +2S) Pumps Have been taken (Discharge-7887.5 LPM,Head- 85 M 205 HP.)
Discharge- 1170 LPM and Head- 64 m (2W+1S) (For existing WTP)
Cable: Power wiring with required 400 Sq mm 3.5 core 1.1KV grade armoured Aluminum Cables XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable from Transformer to Main Power Distribution Panel (MCP) at Pump House. Including laying, jointing and making proper terminations, etc. all complete.
Cable: Power wiring with required 240 Sq mm 3.5 core 1.1KV grade armoured Aluminium Cables XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable from Transformer to Main Power Distribution Panel (MCP) at Pump House. Including laying, jointing and making proper terminations, etc. all complete.
Cable: Power wiring with required 95 Sq mm 3 core 1.1KV grade armoured Copper cables from Main Power distribution Panel (MCP) to Motors & Staters at Pump House. Including laying, jointing and making proper terminations, etc. all complete.
Cable: Power wiring with required 35 Sq mm 3 core 1.1KV grade armoured Copper cables from Main Power distribution Panel (MCP) to Motors & Staters at Pump House. Including laying, jointing and making proper terminations, etc. all complete.
Earthing: making earthing as per IE Rule for each motors.
Lightening Arrestor: Supplying, erecting approved make of Lightening Arrestor with necessary ancillary material complete for pumping plant as per IE rule.
Supplying triple spur gear type Chain Pulley Block suitable for 3 Tone capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark.

The design shall satisfy the stipulation as per IS 1893-1984 and I.S.13920/1993 for seismic force and I.S.-11682/1985 for R.C.C.staging of overhead tanks.
For design having more than 6 columns, providing of internal bracing is obligatory, External bracing is also obligatory.
The entire structure shall be in M/250 mix only.However concrete in contact with water such as container,base slab,wall,roof slab & footing in water borne area shall be M-300.

The automatic report generation shall be configured to give shift wise report, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports and yearly reports.

Manufacturer should calibrate these flowmeter at NABL Certified lab in accordance with ISO 17025. Incase the manufactuerer does not have NABL certified lab, the flowmeters needs to be tested at CWPRS/FCRI Labs accredited by NABL. However the flow test lab should have five times better accuracy than the flowmeter under test.

Carrying out opration & maintenance of works for a period of 5 years including cost of all supervisory staff, materials, chemicals, equipments, consumables, including sludge analysis and disposal, establishment, maintenance & repairs, inclusive of comprehensive opration and maintenance of complete instrumentation, control and automation system with manpower to operate the WTP & pumping stations (24 X 7) data transmission cost to centralized SCADA center, Comprehensive maintenance of field instrumentation, control & automation at all location etc complete as per directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (The Bid will be rejected if the bidder has not quoted O&M cost in follwoing rows. Price bid will be evalueated based on methodology given in the clause 1.7of section 3 of bid document )
