Providing and laying in position specified grades of reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade in walls(any thickness) including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, filets, beams, slabs, stairs,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. using 20mm thick crushed stone agg. cxcluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement but including all carrigaes complete. Reinforcement for R. C. C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Hot Rolled Deformed Bars.( All work at all levels complete.)

Brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 cement coarse sand) incl. all carriages

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Supplying, filling with river sand under floors in 20 Cm layers including watering, compacting & dressing and carriages complete

Providing and fixing extruded German profile U-PVC sliding window system in white colour, frame 62+2mmx52+2mm with 1.25mm G.I U section reinforcement with rubber gasket of gray / black colour, including fixed fiber mesh jali of gray colour with jali frame section 30+2mm x50+2 mm, and fitted glass 5mm thick hermitically scaled unit . The windows will be having 50% area dedicated to fixed glass and 50% for sliding shutter with fiber mesh and frames the complete assembly will be having ten years warranty against weathering of profiles and one year warrenty on hardware fittings . Providing and fixing 1st quality Vitrified tiles in floor etc. of standard thickness of approved make in all colours, shades, design and prints as approved by the engineer-in-charge over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per Sqm. Including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade with all lead, lift, labour, materials, tools, plants complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge .

15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall in (1 cement: 6 fine sand mix).

12 mm thick cement plaster on ceilings,soffits etc in (1 cement: 4 fine sand mix).

Providing and applying cement based wall putty of required thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in specified areas as per specified patter. (Birla make)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour to give smooth finish with two or more coats on new wood and based surfaces

Painting on Walls /Ceilingc with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or More Coats) including all necessary scaffolding etc (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).

Providing and fixing steel Gate as per the approved design by consultant/Engineer Incharge including cost of necessary hold fasts and moving wheels , rails as required including two or more coats of steel paint over priming coat of approved colour/ shade all complete as per the directions of consultant/Site Engineer .

Demolition of Existing Gate Complex/Grill by mechanical/ manual means including sorting/Stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials if any complete as per the directions of Engineer incharge.

Structural steel work in welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting. hoisting, fixing in position and applying of priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respects..( All work at all levels complete.)

Providing and fixing M.S round holding down bolts for trussess, 300 mm to 450 mm in length and 16 mm dia including nuts, washers , Plates and threading etc. complete.( All work at all levels complete.)

Providing and fixing Track deck crill make or equivalent H.I. rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp.The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc(.measured for unit of laid area)

As per item( 1. above ) for plain 0. 50 mm total thickness S.M.P. coated Galvalume steel of similar material for ridge, capping pieces at apex of sky lights/hips,valleys etc. including notching, turning down of edges of capping between ribs etc .complete(500 mm to 1000 mm)

Providing and fixing plained eves boarding of Ist class kail wood (300 x 40mm ) section with necessary grooves and chamfer as per detailed drawing.(ornamental)

P/F of 25 mm thick T&G well planned planks for roof soffits & Ceiling on wood work in false ceiling, partitions sawn and put up in position of Budloo wood (Ceiling Joists) which shall be paid for seperately, including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc. with necessary cornice of required size complete job as approved by Engineer-in-charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work (Ist Class Kail Wood).as per the directions of Consultant/as per the drawings enclosed

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto1 0 m above ground level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chippings 10 mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of Engineerin-incharge incl. all carriages

Granite Work :- Providing and fixing ( gang saw cut mirror polished (pre-moulded and pre-polished), machine cut for flooring, steps ,risers of stairs etc. of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding (of edges wherever required ) and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shape 18mm thick. and slab area over 0.50 sq m. (The Granite stone slab shall be cut to required size and laid to the required pattern including rounding, chamfering, bull nosing of the edges as directed. Actual area of slab, as laid shall be measured) Sample to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete

Providing and fixing Siliver Letterring of approved size and shape to be fixed over Granite slab with proper clapping /adhesive as directed by Engineer-in-charge Consultant. Complete in all respects

Filling earth (Good garden earth) in layers not exceeding 20cms in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering. including all carriages, from source to site of work , lead and lift complete.

Making lawns by laying turf including cost of turf (grass root 150mm), ground preparation, filling good earth in joints, supplying and applying manure 0.2 cu m per 100sq m and preliminary watering.(in rows 5cms apart in either direction

Providing and fixing water Fountain of specified Size and approved make including all mecahnical /electrical fittings / fixtures complete as per design and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Consultant. Complete in all respects

Providing and Fixing of Garden /spot Lighting With Led Lamps including all necessary fittings with necessary wiring and other electric fittings Complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing M.S grills with M. S .flats, square or round bars or as per the design approved by the consultant complete. To be fixed on existing wall/plinth complete incl. priming coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

PAVING / Parking Area Demolishing of old damaged macadam surfaces by manully/mechanical means including disposal of unserviciable material as directed by Engineer Incharge complete including prepartion of base surface for laying of pavers complete as per the directions of Engineer incharge

Providing and laying 60 mm thick, interlocking precast cement concrete M-30 grade paved block with smooth finish at top laid over the base of 75 mm thick graded coarse sand bed over a layer of well compacted subgrade to 99% dry density including cut piece to fit the edges in pathways complete in all respects with all contractors material, labour, transportation lead and lift etc. complete of work as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge at situ (Make :Duracrete )

Providing and Fixing at all height false ceiling of 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum board confirming of IS: 2095 including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections powder pressed from M.S sheet and galvanised in accordance with zinc coating 600 as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide X 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm center to center one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia. X 40mm long with 6mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25X25X25mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to G.I channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick button wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 25mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perprndicular to G.I channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition : with help of wrawl plugs at at 450mm center to center with 25mm long drive all screw @230mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finishing of tappered and square edges of the board with recommended filler, paper tabes, finisher and two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board as per manufacturers specifications and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts, made with frame of perimeter channels suitable fixed all complete as per drawing specification and direction of the engineer Incharge but excluding the cost of painting , including necessary scaffoilding upto desired height complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer Incharge.

Kota Stone slab 25mm thick (unfinished) in floors, risers of steps, skirting, Dedo and Pillars laid on 12mm (Average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. Complete as per the directions of Engineer Incharge (25mm thick Unfinished Kota Stone)

Dismantling of existing flooring including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead as directed by the Incharge Engineer etc including necessary scaffolding upto desired height complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer Incharge.

Devri Stone Masonry in floors including rounding and nosing of edges in cement mortar 1: 3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement: 2 Stone Dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade complete (Including all leads, lifts, labour, materials, tools, plants cramps wherever required etc complete as per specification and as per the directions of Consultant/ as per the drawings at all levels 150mm avg. thick. with all leads, lifts and carriages complete.
