Rate should be quoted for removal of silt/slurry on per MT basis including provision of engagement manpower alongwith supply of DEF (for BS-VI vehicle), lubricant, gear oil, coolant, grease and including routine and preventive maintenance of machines as mentioned in tender documents and including necessary taxes/charges(if applicable). As the period of contract is five years, tenderer quote their rate accordingly considering 24 average working days in a month and considering average weight of silt/slurry [email protected] MT by per machine per day/shift including dumping of silt at Dhapa dumping yard. There will be five separate rate for each year in BOQ. Bidders are directed to quote only the average rate of five years alongwith quantity of machine they can operate and all 5 years rate will be calculated in a predefined way year wise in BOQ provided. The tenderer may also consider average 24 working days in month for estimation purpose. The modality of awarding machine will be done as follows; i. Nos. of machine to be counted from L-1 bidder up to the bidder to attain required numbers of machines (Here 27 nos. machine) ii. Rest of the bidder will not be awarded any machine.
