CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and watering etc., complete.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete. Upto basement

Fooring with Granolithic flooring to 20mm thick using cement Motor 1:2:4 including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite and all labour charges etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mix paint of approved colour and trade for doors & windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mix Block board paint of block colour and trade for Block board including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.

Providing of pressed tiles of size 20x20x2 cm Laying CM1:3 morter mix and over C.M 1:3 mix pointing including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for watering, curing etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq mm (22/0/3) PVC insulated Sc. Unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100 V. Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe consealed on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3 mm thick hylum sheet cover with T.W. switch box and 5 A F.T switch making good of the conceakled portion with suitable colour for PVC consealed light/Fan Point. SD No. 20.

Supply and fixing of CF lamp fitting including angle holder.SD 83

Supplying and fixing 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan with stepped regulator 300W regulator with 1m down rod on the existing clamp. SD No. 110.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq mm (22/0/3) PVC insulated Sc. Unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100 V. Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113 mm T.W. switch box for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connetion of 14 SWG TC wire for PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of WT Bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/K,lite) suitable for incandescent lamp with 60 W bulb. SD No. 83

Supply and fixing of single box type copact flourescent tube fitting with coper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall or celing with flourescent tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting or Tube light ( SD 88 )

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32 A single phase service connection with 32 A fuse (500 V) 32 A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375 mm x 300 mm x 40mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire EB meter to fuse unit.
