ALMIRAH STEEL MED WITH SHELVES (Drg No. FD-67(m), 1032)

Taking out broken damaged handle of almirah steel med with shelves and S&F new SS chromium plated handle of approved quality (Godrej pattern) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable locks from almirah steel med with shelves and S&F new locks of 6 levers with duplicate keys of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable mild steel cleats and S&F new mild steel cleats as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs of door shutters hinges of almirah steel med with shelves by fixing dislocated hinges by welding. Length of each spot of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but not exc 5 cm, thickness of welding shall not be less than 6mm, with and including red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable rusted legs of almirah steel med with shelves and S&F new legs made out of MS plain black sheet 1.6mm thick duly welded to bottom of almirah steel med with shelves, with and including red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable rusted shelves of almirah steel med with shelves and S&F new shelves made out of MS plain black sheet 1mm thick with and including red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for painting to the almirah steel med with shelves with synthetic enamel paint olive green (internally & externally) two coats by spray painting duly scrapping out old dirt stain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable locking arrangement 3 way and supply & fixing new locking arrangement made out of 10mm dia rod of required length of Almirah Steel Med complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable internal cupboard/drawer locks from table office clerk steel and S&F new internal locks 40mm, 4 lever with duplicate keys of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old broken unserviceable rubber shoes of table office clerk steel and S&F new hard rubber shoes of approved quality & tightly fitted at the bottom of legs of table office clerk steel complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for spray painting to table office clerk steel internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint olive green two coats including preparation of surface by scrapping, de-rusting old dirt stains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

LOCKER STEEL (Drg No. FD-257, FD-1029)

Removing old broken damaged hasp & staples of locker steel and S&F new hasp & staples of size 150 mm long chromium plated to the shutters of locker steel complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old broken handle of locker steel and S&F new handle of size 100 mm long 'D' Type chromium plated to the shutters of locker steel complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old broken hanging rod of locker steel and S&F new hanging rod made out of mild steel 20mm dia chromium plated pipe, 500mm long of locker steel complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for spray painting to locker steel internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint olive green two coats including preparation of surface by scrapping, de-rusting old dirt stains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable top of table 900 x900 x760 mm steel and S&F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (ISI Marked) exterior grade one side teak veneered finish and other side having balancing white lamination with 19mm x 4 mm teak wood beading all around the top and polishing to wooden surfaces with French polish including preparation of surfaces by scrapping /smoothing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to steel frame of table 900 x900x 760 mm steel by two coats of synthetic enamelled paint olive green colour including preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping out old dirt stains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electric welding to the broken /dislocated 25 x 25 mm square tube rails of tables 900 x900x 760 mm steel , length of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm ( each spots measured separately) thickness of metal to be welded not less than 6 mm , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable rubber shoes from the legs of table and S&F new rubber shoes of approved quality and tightly fitted to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting for Charpoy IP Hard Top after finishing the surface with one coat of synthetic enamel Black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old and unserviceable plywood top and S & F new plywood top 12mm thick(7 Ply) Plywood, BWR grade ISI Marked. Top to be fitted with nut and bolt after drilling hole in square tube and plywood complete all as specified and directed.

BED HARD STEEL MAP-II (Drg No. - FD/E6/MAP/08®)

Taking out old unserviceable 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board BWR exterior grade of melamine faced, flat pressed, 03 layered, ISI Marked, both side teak finished shall be screwed to MS strip of size 20x45x5 mm thick to be welded with 18mm MS square pipe from Head and foot board and fixing as existing. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting for Bed Hard Steel after finishing the surface with two coats of synthetic enamel Black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old and unserviceable plywood top and S&F new plywood top 12mm thick (7 Ply) Plywood, BWR grade ISI Marked. Top to be fitted with nut and bolt after drilling hole in square tube. complete all as specified and directed.

BED PLY WOOD TOP (Drg No FD-246 & 247)

Taking out old broken damaged head board frame from bed plywood top and supply and fixing new head board frame made out of 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified in drawing and directed.

Taking out old broken damaged 4mm thick plywood from both sides of head board and supply and fixing new 4mm thick one side teak veneered plywood pasted with synthetic adhesive on the frame of head board including teakwood beading all around the head board frame complete all as specified in drawing and directed.
