Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm on pre measurement and removal of stumps of trees cut earlier disposal of unserviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtr including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. ,laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, cambering the earth work, watering and compaction with all types of compacts equipments under OMC conditions to attain minimum proctor dry density of 95.00% for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction, maintenance, watering, dewatering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section. Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Earth work excavation of foundation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. inter spread with boulders up to ½ cum. size with all lifts and delifts including trimming the slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as direction by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 Km. from the place of excavation complete.

Scarifying of existing granular road surface to a depth of 50mm and depositing the scarified materials away from the working area with all leads, lifts, delifts, cost of labour, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, cost of fuel, lubricants, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 200 mm thickness with IRC grade - III materials as per table-401-I to WBM specification including spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavater, rolling with VRR in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using stone screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density at OMC as per clause 401 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-15 grade in approved surface using 40 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-20 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Below ground level beyond 1.50m to 4.50m).

Rigid & smooth centering, shuttering for CC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting & supplying good quality moorum from approved quarry and stacking at work site in regular box heap size (1.50mx1.50mx0.50m) to be measured as 1.0cum and spreading the same on the top of the metalled surface not exceeding 100mm thick including watering & consolidation with PRR with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, fixing and fitting in position of RCC (Non-pressure) NP3 of 600 mm dia spun pipes and filling in joints using cement mortar (1:3) with Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm and down graded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregates complete including cost, carriage of hume pipe, cost of labour, curing, cess etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 100 mm thickness with IRC grade-I material (90 mm to 45 mm) to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using moorum as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including cost of labours, hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 75 mm thickness with IRC grade - II material (63 mm to 45 mm) to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tones in stages to to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using moorum as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including cost of labours, hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
