Demolition of brick work circular or square upto 6 m depth of existing defunctional septic tank / soakage wells, filling the same with demolished material & further by earth filling duly compacted in septic / soakage wells upto the existing ground level and making the surface good all around directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work / RCC work circular or square upto 1.50 metre height depth of existing defunctional manhole of any size and shape and filling the same with demolished material & further by earth filling duly compacted in manhole upto the existing ground level and making the surface good all around directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L DWCPE (SN8) pipe 200 mm dia (inner) as per IS-16098 (Part-II) laid in trenches or in floor on moorum bed to required shape including all necessary accessories / fitting / jointing / rings, joiting and testing including taking down old unservicebale pipe including 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- laying of pipe will be made slope as directed by Engineer -in -charge over bed at 100 mm (40 mm Aggregate under of pipes and 100 mm bothside of pipes. (ii) The make of (ISI Marked) pipe shall be approved by GE.

M&L 110mm bore uPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint including required fittings complete jointed with adhesive fixed to walls/laid in trenches fixed with and including requisite Number of bend, single T, clamps made out of flat iron 25x4mm including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified.and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Rate for required fitting is included in this items. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M& L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains od 150mm bore, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed

Dewatering/De-sludging/desilting of manholes of any size and any depth upto 5 mtr and including removing of all solid/semi solid matter including silt residue both organic and inorganic in nature and removing the sludge from the tank by machanical means and including removing RCC manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning the manhole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : (a) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (b) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour skilled/unskilled) tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transpotation arrangements.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes,soak/septic well etc), water (tank/drain) cover, shelves, landing and similar articles with plain faces incl necessary moulds and setting in CM 1:4 complete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately in respective item.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation/filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4(12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamafered angles and throating as directed

Extra for forming fair finished drains & channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds etc complete all as specified and directed. (Inner girth only measured).

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) using old size bricks in manholes etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil including demolition of sewage line complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials(soils) to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

Site clearance nearby sewage line, soak well/septic tank behind of MD Qtr, ILP/KLP location and adjacent to manhole, to proper functioning of day to day sewage maintenance and providing acces path to labhour and making the surface good all around by mechanically or manualy directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas in all kind of soil (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge
