M&L for taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sq. m but not exc. 4.0 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling framed trussess (wooden) of span upto 10 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position and in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-20 (Nominal Mix), 1:1½:3, type A-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, including demolition of existing old damaged RCC, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. NOTE : Reinforcement & Formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of TMT bars 6-8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
