Repair and refixing to street/ security lights any type by removing from existing position and refixing after repair including replacement of the following items complete all as specified and directed. (a) Electronic Driver suitable for 25W to 120 Watt LED light fittings (b) Surge Protector not less than 5 KV rating suitable for 25W to 120 Watt LED light fittings. (c) PCB suitable for LED street light fittings 25W to 120 Watt. (d) Solar Street Light fittings 12 to 24 Watt. Note : (i) Items mentioned at (a) to (d) above to be incorporated in the work will be measured and paid seperately under respective item supply only items. (ii) T&P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required for carry out the repair work on lights at a height up to 15 meter will be arranged by contractor at their own cost & the cost shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Repair and refixing of High mast lights fitting of any type by removing from existing position and refixing after repair including the replacement of following items complete all as specified and directed. (c) PCB suitable for LED flood light fittings 100W to 200Watt Note : (i) Items mentioned at (a) to (c) above to be incorporated in the work will be measured and paid seperately under respective item supply only items. (ii) T&P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required for carry out the repair work on lights at a height up to 15 meter will be arranged by contractor at their own cost & the cost shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Labour only for making unserviceable street/security lights serviceable placed at pole by disconnection / Isolating power supply either from pole junction box or by disconnecting overhead jumpers and carrying out de-carbonization / de-sulphation at connection points with overhead conductor / light fitting / junction box terminal including replacement connection wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) New cable as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (b) T&P / Vehicle cost shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Dismantling of depriciated cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts )/ channels/ supports etc care fully from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing/Tightening only of ACSR conductor of any type and size of street / security light feeder including straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Single conductor shall be measured for length re-stringing.

Material and Labour for GI tubing 40 mm dia light grade in repairs incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of broken U/S existing PCC earthing chamber with cover including galvanised steel strip any size and SWG any size wire, earthing material, GI earth plate, GI Pipes, funnels etc. complete including removing of PCC from site and rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of these elements.

M&L for Motorized Auguring/driling in road of dia sutable for laying of 40/50 mm dia GI tubing pipe as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc including demolition of existing PCC & disposed off debris complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of demolition and removal of debris deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary form work ,smooth finish of exposed surfaces etc including removal/ disposal of debris ie. broken PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of removal / disposal of PCC coping debris deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for ZEBRA painting of PCC/steel poles 9/11 m long alongwith road upto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with one coat of enamel synthetic paints in 30 cm height using yellow incl painting of pole coping with black colour synthetic enamel paint and writing pole No. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for trimming and pruning of one complete tree up to a safe distance from the over head lines incl cutting branches of size not exceeding 80mm dia complete all directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance as indicated for purpose of fire wood for cookhouses of Army Units within the Army Unit and clearing the site complete all as specified and directed . NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and T&P required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2.
