Repairs/servicing and overhauling of complete fire bank system suitable for 5 Nos of 45Kg CO2 type fire extingushers including cleaning, pressure testing, rectification of leakages. Painting (one coat of synthetic enamel paint) in respect of all accessories/parts such as collecting pipe, distribution pipe up to 2'' for designed working pressure, checking of operating leverage, safety pipe, changing of wire tackles, adjusting the pulley, roller and wire ropes, etc and testing complete for smooth operation all as directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Repairs and overhauling of fire bank system suitable for 10 Nos of 30 Kg CO2 type fire extinguisher including cleaning, Pressure testing, rectification of leakages for distribution pipe line up to 2'' for designed working pressure, checking and oiling of operating leverage, safety pin, charging of pressure gauge - 01 No with and including one coat of synthetic enamel painting and testing complete for smooth operation all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note for item No - 1.00 & 2.00:- (a) Contractor may visit the site and get the system understood or studied before quoting the rates in the tender (b) Any loss to the govt property during execution of work contractor has to make it in his own cost. (c) Necessary safety equipments and Skilled tech staff should be provided by the contractor for execution of the job at no any extra cost.

Dismantling and taking out fire extinguisher CO2 type 45 Kg capacity from the bank system by removing discharge hose nozzles and transporting to approved testing Lab/workshop and carry out complete over hauling of cylinder, plunger nozzles, burst disc, safety plug, sealing washer, pneumatic valves, non return valves etc including purging, High pressure testing and refilling the cyclinder upto 45kg net CO2 all as per IS 2878-2004 and other relevant latest IS Standards complete including one coat of synthetic enamel paint on the cylinder with appropriate colour, labelling and transporting back to site, installing on its existing position and testing for satisfactory operation all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Item No 3.00 above but of capacity 30 Kg -ditto- NOTE For item No 3.00 & 4.00:- (a) Necessary test certificate on high pressure testing refilling shall be obtained from the testing/refilling auth and produced in original from the govt approved lab to the Eng-in-charge. (b) The extinguisher will be weighted at site to ensure correct refilling (c) The rate quoted shall include replacement of minor parts such as nut bolts, washers etc for extinguisher. (d) Transportation of the cylinder shall be carried out with all precautions as laid down as per the safty norms of local authorities. (e) Any loss / damage to the govt property while executing the work is to be beared by the contractor himself. (f) Contractor may visit the site and get the system understood or studied before quoting the rates in the tender. (g) Repair/Overhauling includes complete insitu checking, cleaning, pressure testing, including rectification of defects or leakages and painting with approved paints etc to the banking system excluding fire extingushers. (h) Replacement of major parts for the banking system shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling Nitrogen gas cyclinder 01 no from the system and carry out complete overhauling of cyclinder , plunger nozzels, pneumatic valves including high pressure testing and refilling the cyclinders with nitrogen gas complete including one coat of synthetic enamel paint on the cylinder with appropriate colour, labelling and transporting back to site, installing on its existing position and testing for satisfactory operation all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable Pneumatic valve for existing Co2 cyclinder of capacity 45 Kgs and supply & fix new valve having techinical parameters as under:- all as per the directions given by Engr-in-charge Material - Brass Design temp - -25o C to +45oC Type of Operation - Pneumatic type Working pressure - 155 bar Test pressure - 236 bar Min brusting pressure - > 420bar

All as per item No 6.00 above but of capacity 30 Kg

Taking out unserviceable old rubber discharge hose pipe and supply & fix new hard type rubber hose suitable for fire extingusher CO2 type 45 Kg flooding system all as per existing hose including provision of hose nozzles on both ends having techenical paramaters as under :- complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Material - Wire Breaded hose Design temp - -25o C to +70oC Type of Operation - Pneumatic type Working pressure - 60 bar Test pressure - 90 bar Min brusting pressure - 350 bar

All as per item No 8.00 above but of capacity 30 Kg-

S & F discharge nozzle with aluminium body with designed temp -25oC to +70oC suitable for high pressure fire banking system complete with necessarry rubber packing on joints inclding dismantling the old washers and nozzels complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F ball valve with flanged and stainless steel body and MS handle 32mm bore with relevant IS suitable for high pressure fire banking system containing 10 Nos of 45Kg CO2 type fire extinguishers complete with necessarry rubber packing on joints inclding dismantling the old washers, cable valve and shiffting to store all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out or laying of pipe line and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, trenches around pipe line including spreading levelling in layers n.exc 25 cm after laying pipes and well ramming all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exe. 50 mtr away from site and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the ground level all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone sett paving laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar of any description or thickness completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded agg) as in sub base for stone sett paving complete all as specified and directed upto 100 mm thick finished even and fair all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 150 mm long ,150 to 200 mm wide and 150 mm deep and sides dressed, bedded in cement mortar 1:3 joints 20 mm thick ; grouted in cemnt mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor harder 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item no 18.00 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing 20mm thich to stone sett paving any decription in cement mortar 1:3 with an admixture of metallic floor harder 5% by weight of cement all as specified an directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of debris ( concrete, broken stone etc.) to out side defence land (distance exceeding 1.5 KM but 5KM from the site ) an depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Dismantling/Cutting/Removing the unsv pipe any type any size upto 250mm dia for insertion of fittings or fixing mechanical joint and making good the work space complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Any addition / alteration of exiting pipe , necessary welding work and T&P required for completion of job is included in the unit rate. (ii) Pipe, mechanical joint, fittings and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevent items

Suplly only Mechanical joint coller coupling long sleeve with rubber washer, mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with both ends screwed of dia as per flange hole and required length each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal nut suitable for 100mm CI/DI/MS pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of Flanged stand post CI of 80mm dia 1.5m height including all necessary earth work, PCC work and necessary welding work for fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cutting,clearing bushes/small plants and grass surrounding the E/M installations and removing the debris to a distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for rectification of leakage from CI/DI/ERW/GI pipe of size upto 80/100 mm dia incl burning out lead joint in position including recovering lead and making new lead joint or welding work any type replacement fittings all as specified including bailing out water lines all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: earth work and fittings will be measured and paid under respective item.

All as per item No 53.00 above but pipe size 150 to 350mm dia

M & L for removing the existing defective sluice valve spindle with check nut of any size and type from existing sluice valve of size 80 mm to 100 mm dia and replacement with new sluice valve spindle with check nut complete incluiding new nut,bolts and gland packing as per existing complate all as directed. Note - (i) The contractor shall repair and refixing the spindle assembly within two days from the date of opening and making it functionable. (ii) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and defect,s will be rectified within two days after notification, failing which Rs 500/- per day will be recovered (ii) Contractor shall provide six month gurranty for all replaced spare parts of sluice valve.

All as per item No 55.00 above but size 150 to 350mm dia

M & L For preparation of the old painted surface of 80 to 200 mm bore CI/GI/MS Pipe and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in different colours as per colour code complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down carefully Electric driven pumping set of capacity 60HP (motor and pump) from foundation, disconnecting suction and discharge water line for carrying out repair work of pump set, dismantling of pump set, cleaning, repair replacement of all unserviceable parts, reassembling complete pumping set, reinstalling , mounting and fixing on base channel on existing foundation and coupling properly to existing motor with proper balancing and alingment including recoupling of suction and discharge line, testing on full load for smooth functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rates including minor spares like gland, grease, nut bolts and major spares will be measured and paid separately and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for fixing of new spares under these items. (ii) Contractor should visit site before quoting the rates. (iv) While taking out pump for repairs , the contractor will make arrengement pluging suction and discharge line with dead flanges without extra cost, so that pumping of installation is not disturbed and there is no leakage of water. (v) The contractor shall repair and refix the pump set within three working days from the date of opening and making it functionable .
