Note : (i) Installed Ceiling fan's warranty card should be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge. (ii)The cost of making good the disturbed surfaces and matching to the existing/original surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates (iii)The cost of taking down old unserviable Ceiling fan's and tranportation of old Ceiling fan's to be submitted to MES Store yard is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down ceiling fan/Wall Mounting Fan any size and sweep from its position and transport to workshop for servicing,dismantling for servicing including removal of bearing,bushes,condenser, connector, flexible cord, split pin etc if required removing old grease and refill fresh, lubricating bushes along with new washers, cleaning and washing fan blades, fan body etc with soap solution after repairing, re- assemble the same and transporting from workshop to any location in Jasai and fixing to position / location as directed, connecting to electric system, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed . Note : -(i) Replacement of parts/rewinding shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporting fan from any location in Army Area to MES store & taking down unserviceable/ defective parts. (iii) Item such as bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, shaft etc required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for any size patch repair work to Unserviceable corroded portion of body of Desert Cooler with 18 to 24 gauge (as per existing sheet) PGI sheet including necessary welding and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel spray paint over one coat of red oxide primer (the new surfaces should specified & match with existing surface)including leakage testing complete all as specified and directed.
