Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints) type C1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for floor including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for hard standing, including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for floor including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
