Extra over item no. 2.1 for every subsequent coat of wall painting with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with readymixed paint,brushing oil, grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter :- With readymixed paint other than white.

Extra over item No. 4.1 for every subsequent finishing coat of paint :- With readymixed paint other then white.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt,loose or softened paint.

Extra over item No. 5.1 for every sub sequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary: Plain Glass: 4mm thick.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq. M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand)

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with : Readymixed primer

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachements etc. complete and stacking them within 20 metres lead. Not exceeding 3 sq.m in area.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position. 2nd class Kail wood.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters interior grade, commercial type, core of black-board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting, Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loosed powered materials

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete
