Operation & Comprehensive maintenance of Smart LED Street lighting GPRS based Technology for Data communication with server provided at R&R Pocket No. 1,2,3,4,5&6 at Vadghar & Vahal. Before quoting of the Tender the agency has to verify the installations at site by their own. The agency has to take over the installations on as is where is basis. After taking over the installations, the agency has to carry out the repairs of all non working installations by replacing / repairing of fixtures through manufacturer of fixtures installed at site as per the site requirement within 2 months from issue of work order. The scope of work involve are as under: - 1) Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of electrical accessories for restoration of non working street lights by providing required material such as Drivers, SMPS, SIM Card, Cables, Wires, Fixtures, Panel Materials etc. 2) Providing minimum skilled and experienced Manpower by fulfilling the required minimum wages to the deputed manpower as below for day to day Operation & Comprehensive maintenance of LED street lights. Supervisor - 1 No. Electricians - 2 Nos. Helpers - 2 Nos. Office Support Staff - 1 No. 3) Data management includes Generation, Maintenance & Corrective action based on data information of complete street light installation. 4) Monthly progress report indicating percentage of nonworking fixtures w.r.t. total installed fixtures online report only and corrective action to be taken at site to ensure proper operation of street light installation. 5) Payment of necessary charges of service provider for Data management of complete Street Light installation throughout the entire period. 6) Shifting & re-erection of Street light poles and replacement of accidentally damaged poles, Feeder Pillars with accessories 7) Ensuring the continuous healthy uninterrupted Power Supply at all time to the installations in co-ordination with MSEDCL. 8) The use of cable fault locator to find out underground cable fault in order to reduce damage to footpath. 9) Reinstatement of road / footpath after resolving the cable fault issues i.e. to make surface as it was previous including required civil works. 10) Ensuring proper connection of street lights, earthing connections & street lights control panels. 11) Ensuring proper watch & ward and preventing electrical theft from the street light installations including power supply. In case of accurance of theft, FIR to be lodge by the agency and replacing the theft material immediately for proper operation of street light installation and follow up by the agency with concern Insurance company for theft claim. 12) Co-ordination with the concern department to ensure timely payment of energy bills. Delay payment charges of energy bill will be deducted from R.A. bills of agency.
