Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Sand cushioning and cover (using local tibba sand), 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after the cable is laid, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Jodhpur stone rough dressed slab, 40 mm to 50 mm thick, 25 cm to 35 cm wide of not less than 60 cm long dry abuttting each other for protection to under groung cable , complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 sq mm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc. including taking out old unservicable cable complete all as specified. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI pipe and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately (ii) Road cutting/ floor cutting/ cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/ fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. Routine and periodical cleaning the inside area of 11 KV Sub Stations including cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees near all around sub station and pump houses complex complete including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever as required complete all as specified and directed .

Scrubbing of existing paints of existing LT panel board where rusted, LT feeder Pillar boxes, LT bus bar chamber paints of any specification and removing old paints and preparation of surfaces for painting complete and M&L for painting of LT Panels, LT Feeder pillar boxes, LT bus bar chambers internaly and externaly with two coats of Ist quality smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer to achieve fine finishing complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of old unserviceable doors, back sheets, side sheet of LT panels, bus bar chamber or feeder pillar box installed at various places by cutting/descrewing after making the system disconnected from Elect supply and M&L for fabrication of doors/frames/ partition, bottom sheet by bending hot or cold, making holes, notching, welding of MS black sheet for LT panel board, bus bar chamber, feeder pillar box made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet including providing hinges for opening or closing of door, making handles, locking arrangement and painting of sheet both side with superior quality smoke grey paint after applying a coat of red oxide primer and matching with the existing ( Complete LT panel/ Bus bar chamber shall be painted ) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in-charge at site. Note : 1. The cost of disconnecting of LT cable and earth strip and reconnecting the same after repair work shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rates. 2 Painting of complete LT Pannel/Bus bar chamber shall be carried out , nothing shall be payable extra in this regard.

Taking down of existing LT cables connected to street light junction box and reconnecting the same after providing of new aluminium cable lugs as per existing with lugs/Thimbles, providing of new cable connector in existing street light junction box, replacement of existing clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nuts and bolts as per site requirement and fixing of LT cables of size upto 70 Sqm mm properly along the poles/walls by providing of suitable size clamps or passing through GI Pipe of suitable size, taking up of cable from loop if required by breaking of existing PCC complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- GI pipe and PCC for coping shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent item of BOQ.

Street/security light bracket made out of 40 mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5 m long including bending if required as directed ,02 nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40X6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed .(Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for nut and bolts).

Attending major breakdowns by providing 01 line man, one helper and one Camper Vehicle in serviceable condition on LT/HT lines, LT/HT cables, LT Panels, DBs, VCBs, RMUs, four pole, two pole, transformers etc including clearing of lines, trimming of tree branches, replacement of insulators/conducotrs/ cross arms & removal of tree branches from LT/HT lines and laying of temporary cables etc complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-charge. Note:- 1 Items used will be measured & paid seperately under relevent item of sch A. Contractor has to arrange suitable vehicle with manpower as above and T&P on short notice as & when required on the direction of Engineer in charge. The contractor will immediately depute complete set of arrangements as above on receipt of information to attending the electric breakdown, failing which the penalty at the rate of Rs 2000.00 per complaint.will be recovered from the contractor dues.

Maintenance and serviceing of DG Set of capacity 7.5 KVA to 75 KVA complete including draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the same with new engine oil to required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, check & clean air cleaner, change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same, drain the Fuel filter & water separator, filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the unserviceable brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, changing of V-belts, changing rubber hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, voltage, frequency, load current, battery charging, fuel consumption etc. complete all as specified and directed .
