Other Work and Patch Repair in SH Road Under Division

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. By Manual Means

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificationclause No. 507 complete in all respects

Renewing Patries 3 meters wide (1.50 m. both side) including dressing surface, filling up to 8cm depth & making namunas at ever 15.00m apart on either side slopes of 1 : 2 etc trenches for taking earth to be so dug that they form a continous side drain at road boundary
