Supply, fixing, testing, and commisioning of Atmospheric water generator of water making capacity 1000 ltrs in 24 hrs at 70 % relative humdity, storage capacity 500 Ltrs, number of purification stages -04, ultra filtration 700 kg weight , stain less steel storage tank, 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz, of size 410 x 100 x 220 mm (Indoor unit) and 2000 x 1200 x 2150 mm (Outdoor unit) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Airo water (Model - Dew point ultra) or equivalent make & specifications as approved by Accepting Officer.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 , as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, incl rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia & over for roof slab, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia & over upto 10 mm as in stirrups, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material exc 1.50KM and n. exc 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4 complete, in walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 (in two layers 5mm thick setting coat mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement over 10mm thick backing coat) , incl finished even and smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Integral WPC measured and paid separately

Supply only integral waterproofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thk on brick work or concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Frame work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes, framed guards bars barred iron doors,ladders framed balusters walk ways railling framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome of any description, over 10 cm in width or grith, not otherwise complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing of 2 core 6 sqmm XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables, (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminimum conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with local sand in two layer, first layer of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ ducts for cable inclding consolidation of each layer complete all as specified. Labour for concrete cutting gound floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below and above ground level for road cutting to lay pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40m graded aggregate) upto 100mm thickness for making good to areas of concrete road cutting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
