01/26-27 of ACE/BIC Improvement to Canal Service Road of Kalo Main Distributary from RD 16.00 Km to 22.00 Km of Kalo Irrigation Project.

Clearing & grubbing land in canal slope work including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm on pre measurement and removal of stumps of trees cut earlier disposal of unserviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtr including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. inter spread with boulders up to ½ cum. size with all lifts and delifts including trimming the slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as direction by the Engineer-in-charge within all lead & lift from the place of excavation complete.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts with Royality, EMF, DMF, Dist. additional charges, cess including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. ,laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, cambering the earth work and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section. Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Earth work watering and compaction with all types of compacts equipments under OMC conditions to attain minimum proctor dry density of 95.00% for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction, maintenance, watering, dewatering including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with EMF, DMF, Dist. additional charges, labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section. Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam/dyke/canal embankment including filling of earth of rain cuts and slopes with selected earth at contractors own cost and duly compacted and trimmed to the required profile and turfing with dub sods of rectangular shape of minimum 0.25 cm thick with cost, conveyance by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess including mobilisation, demobilisation, supervision charges with cost of all other materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination including watering the sods till survival of grass with all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken after survival of grass).

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (60 : 40) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty with EMF, DMF, Dist. additional charges, cess of all materials including watering and compaction to required density in OMC condition with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 100 mm thickness with IRC grade - I material ( 90 mm to 45 mm) to WBM specification stacking them at work site in a regular box heaps of size 1.50mx1.50mx0.50m to be measured as 1.00 cum and conveying from stacks and laying in layer and compacted to 100 mm thick and filling the interstices with small stone & binder materials (moorum) on road surface to proper camber as per Morth Specification for Gr-I metalling including dry rolling and consolidation with PRR including all cost, carriage, royalty, labour, EMF, DMF & district additional charges etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 75 mm thickness with IRC grade -III material ( 53.00mm to 22.40mm) to WBM specification stacking them at work site in a regular box heaps of size 1.50mx1.50mx0.50m to be measured as 1.00 cum and conveying from stacks and laying in layer and compacted to 75 mm thick and filling the interstices with small stone & binder materials (moorum) on road surface to proper camber as per Morth Specification for Gr-III metalling including dry rolling and consolidation with PRR including all cost, carriage, royalty, labour, EMF, DMF & district additional charges etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting & supplying good quality moorum of approved quality in road flank of CSR and stacking at work site in regular box heap size (1.50mx1.50mx0.50m) to be measured as 1.0cum and spreading the same on the top of the metalled surface not exceeding 100mm thick including watering & compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF, Dist. additional charges, cess etc. including hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including levelling and dressing the bed and sides and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area with all leads, lifts, delifts, dewatering, cost of labour, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
