Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802.804.805.806 .807.1202 and 1204 (1:3:6) I cement:3 coarse sand : 6coarse aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of labour.material and equipments with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto third fllor level in including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Cement Mortar 1:6(1 Cement : 6Sand) Second Class Bricks including carriage of labour. equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises. Internal rounded angles,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, Internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing & applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm ( two milimetre ) thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt. dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of labour.material and equipments with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work.including cutting hoisting .fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars.ladders.railling, brackets and similar works. including carriage of labour.material and equipments with in all leads and lifts as per the direction entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter : -- With readymixed paint other than /whiteincluding carriage of labour,material and equipments with in all leads and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing Tor steel /TMT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5sand :3aggregate graded stone 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement including carriage of labour, material and equipments with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and techanical specification clause 1504. including carriage of all labour. equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges
