Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes, Grading-III 53 mm to 22.4 mm@ 0.91 cum per 10 sqm for compacted thickness of 75 mm, to water bound macadam III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening @ 0.18 cum per 10 sqm, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Earth work in Patri in ordinary soil includding lift upto 1.50 mtr. And lead up to 30.00 mtr. And also including ramming dressing the surface to required level and slope as per direction of E/I without royaity.
