Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 22 passengers (1492 Kg) Gearless lifts with machine less room to serve G+3 upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency (VVVF) Gearless drive, PMSM Motor Belt/ rope, complete with all standard accessories, full collective simplex controlled operation, centre opening power doors with door drive (Electric motor driven mechanism) sliding stainless steel doors, Automatic Rescue device system and built in intercom system without hand set & infra red curtain along with related civil and electrical works, all as specified herein under:- Note: 1. The Lifts shall be installed by the original eqpt manufacturer only.2. The Lifts shall be tested by IEM at the time of installation in the attendance of manufacturer.3.The contractor will carry out telephone wiring from all the lifts to the control room as suggested by the Engr-in-charge and installed telephone with any additional exchange/communication equipment if required. This control room should be able to communicate with all the lifts through telephone 24 hrs uninterrupted necessary UPS (Exide, Amaron make) etc will be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the department along with BMS Compatibility and preferably NXL facility i.e. when door do not open fully at a destination floor, the doors close and the car automatically moves to the next or nearest floor where the doors will open.
