Dismantling Collapsible gate: Dismantling Collapsible gate, removing and transporting the debris with all lead and lift; and stacking the dismantled serviceable materials available for re-use in the departmental store with all fittings and fixtures as directed including transportation charges etc complete

Dismantling plastering: Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. – in all the floor levels

Dismantling Stone masonry: Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. – in all the floor levels

Repairs or re-fixing to existing aluminium partition: Repairs to existing aluminium partition including glass, board, lock, handle, beading etc cost of all material, labour, complete as per specifications and as per direction of the Engineer in charge – in all the floor levels

TMT steel reinforcement: Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-550D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately)- in all the floor levels

RCC M – 20 (CC 1:1.5:3 ) for lintel: Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building, Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, & formwork Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars) – in all the floor levels

15mm thick cement plastering: Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.- in all the floor levels

Vitrified tiles: Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 1200mmx600mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser, treads of steps, with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of spacer joints as per direction of Engineer in charge.-( in all the floor levels)

Teak wood door frames: Providing Teak wood frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators and other frames, wrought, framed or assembled including making plaster groves but including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications.

Teak wood for Fully panelled door shutters: Providing and fixing in position fully panelled Teak wood shutters for doors with , stiles and rails of 35mm. thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rail and stiles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per Specifications. (excluding cost of fixtures)

5mm thick glass with teak wood beading for door shutters: Providing and fixing plain rolled glass 5mm thick with teakwood beading of 10mm thick.

Teak wood beading for panelling: Providing and fixing of teakwood beading including cost of materials, labour charges etc., complete as per the design and drawing and Direction of the Engineer In-Charge.

Storage unit: Providing and fixing storage unit of 0.75mtr depth made out of 19mm thick commercial ply vertical support finished in approved 1.00 mm laminate with 12mm thick ply packing internally finished with enamel paint of approved colour and shade shelves shall be formed out of 19mm ply finished with enamel paint of approved shade and colour and 19mm thick shutters formed out of 19mm thick ply finished with 1 mm laminate of approved shade and colour etc., complete the rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, complete as per specification and drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge.

MS Grill: Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars as per approved design, drawing including cutting steel sections and welding the same to required pattern with a coat of red lead primer of zinc chromate, cost of materials, fixtures, labour and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

Aluminium work for Door shutter: Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. - in all the floor levels

12 mm thick prelaminated particle board Aluminium work for Door shutter: Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineerin- charge: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

5mm thick Glass for aluminium Door: Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Plastic emulsion paint in One coats on previously painted surface: Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac / Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent): One coat on old work without primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. - in all the floor levels

Melamine Polish for Teak wood surfaces:Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color /wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: (1). The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. (2). Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs.( 3) On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 2 layers without gap of time.)

Synthetic enamel paint in two coats on new surface: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Asian /Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent Make – in all the floor levels

Polished Granite stone for storage unit top: Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab fixed over storage unit by using adhesive with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cherry Red, Brown, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.-

Granite Full nosing: Providing full nosing for granite slab using required machinery including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM etc., complete as per specifications.

Butt Hinges of size 125x85x5.5mm : Providing and fixing bright finished brass butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete :125x85x5.5 mm (heavy type)

Brass Handle: Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: Brass handles 125 mm with plate 175x32 mm

Magnetic catcher: Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard /ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. Triple strip vertical type
