Outsourcing of services for manning and operation, routine maintenance of AC plant 3X10 TR at SSPL ION lab Metcalfe House Delhi to maintain inside ambient temperature condition during running period by cooling or heating to be operated in one shift of 08 hours per day 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs and five days a week (from Monday to Friday) by deployment of one skilled operator cum mechanic per shift per day including routine and periodical check ups and attending minor repair for proper functioning of plant, component such as compressor , condensor electric motor , pumpset, AHU,blower motor ,water sunction and discharge pipelines, refrigration piping system along with functioning of interlocking system LP/HP outlet etc, including upkeep of the installation in clean and tidy condition internally and surrounding areas externally by cutting of grass and bushes / wild plants complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.The installation mainly comprises of the following:- (a) Compressor of 10 TR make Voltas -03 Nos. Notes : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following :- (i) Operator cum mechanic (skilled) shall be of Diploma/ITI passed with having training certificate in relevent trade not less than three year shall be employed for each shift.. (ii) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC , Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (iii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (v) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.

(vi) Contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, duty roster attendance register and spare for repair/renewal of parts register, earth register, serviceability register of lifts and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge. Proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made. (viii) Two pairs of uniform with name plate of operator & firm and shoes shall be provided to each operator by the contractor. (ix) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation. (x) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (xi) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor.

(xii) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xiii) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation. (xiv) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings of lifts for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-Charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xv) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvi) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval.

Taking down carefully point wiring aluminium (light, fan, socket, and power) complete (including fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendent regulators sockets etc except light fitting and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wring for one light/ceiling fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH in and including concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium duty ISI marked, including suitable new steel sunken boxes, modular frame and cover plate for fixing of modular switches as per required point in that board, flush to surface including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable FRLSH connected to common earth duly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good the same in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable LED Garden spike light 12 W, cob integrated Aluminium Green colour light including necessary fixing and fixtures including 3 core 1.5 sqmm multistranded flexible copper conductor cable from connection junction box to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only CRC 2-23 Electrical equipment (contact) cleaner spray used for prevent electronic multifunction equipment caused by water penetration, humidity, corrosion etc and of 500ml can.

Supply only Electrical insulation HT tape of 3/4"width of 30 feet length Ethylene Propylene backing highly comfortable to wrap snugly over most any shape stretches up 100 percent to provide avoid moisture, resistant insulation tape complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Proper RV & IV shall be maintained during execution of work.
