Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1 st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters - 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing 40 X 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bots, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30 x10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked, anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc complete - 250 X 16 mm.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance +_ 1mm ), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (+-0.2mm), corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1mm (+-0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification - Extruded section profile size 42 x 50 mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness , fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness . They panels filled vertcally and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Two track two panels sliding window made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 + or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window upto 1.75 sqm) - sliding window size 1.20x1.35 m.

Steel work in built up tubular (round,square or rectanglar hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete - hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Nitco / Kajaria) in colours such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume red brown ,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Lime concrete terracing on roofs of required thickness laid to fall with 25mm nominal size brick aggregate and 50% lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime putty : 2 surkhi) rammed and finished with gur and belgiri treatment complete including rounding of junctions with Parapet wall complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C flusing cistren, including flush pipe, manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. Stainless steel AISI - 304 (18/8) Orissa pattern W.C.pan of size 585x480mm with flush pipe and integrated type foot rests.

Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamp of approved design to sand cast iron / cast iron (spun) pipes comprising of M.S. flat brackets made of 50x5 mm flat of specified shape, projecting 75mm outside the wall surface and fixed on wall with 4 nos, 6mm dia expansion hold fastners, including drilling necessary holes in brick wall / cc / RCC surface and the cost of bolts etc. The pipes shall be fixed to the already fixed brackets with the help of 30mm x1.6mm galvanised M.S. flats of specified shape and of total length 420 mm and shall be fixed with M.S.nuts , bolts, & washers of size 25 x6 mm , one bolts on each side of the pipe - Total bracket length 580 mm of approved shape and design (for single 100mm dia pipe).

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and testing of joints complete (Internal work exposed on wall ) - 20mm nominal outer dia pipes.
