12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supplying at site R.C.C. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8 mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2 mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, placing and fixing of precast concrete chair type bench, manufactured from standard manufacture like KK or equivalent using M-30 glade of concrete using vibro compaction process and suitable reinforcement to prevent damages during handling transportation execution and long use. The bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in grey cement colour of thickness 100mm, black height 1000mm, front height 0450mm base width 620mm and fire Nos. reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500mm x 100mm x 50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete planks of size 1500mm x 200mm x 50mm reinforcement as per approved drawing. All plants are to be jointed together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and sealed after assembling the bench complete. The length of the bench 1500mm, seat height 450mm, total height 1000mm front face of all planks shall be given special coating to make them water proof and glory etc. complete in all respects and as per the direction of Engineer-inCharge. (Chair type bench with back rest.)

Providing and fixing prefabricated portable MS Container security cabins, manufactured using MS corrugated sheets (Thickness: 1.2 mm – 18 gauge) with inner sides laminated using MDF boards (Thickness: 6 mm). Flooring is done using cement fiber board’s (Thickness: 20 mm, Make Everest) then a layer of Vinyl flooring. For insulation expanded polystyrene (Thickness: 25 mm) is used. The container will be duly painted Outside and Inside. The container is water proof, termite & heat resistant; making it comfortable in extreme hot or cold climate at site of size 8’X8’ feet having table, fan, tubelight, switches etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Beldar (un-skilled category) to assist the Mason and other miscellaneous works, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mason 1st class (skilled category) for various day to day repairs in the park, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mason 2nd Class (Semi-skilled category) for various day to day repairs in the park, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mate for various day to day raepairs in the park, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator(3D) including operator, lubricant, fuel and other relevant tools & plants ,breaker etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer in-charge. (Shift of 8 hours)

Hiring of Tractor trolly including operator, lubricant, fuel and other relevant tools & plants etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer in-charge. (Shift of 8 hours)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of spring core 2.5 mm thick wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg./sq.mm with tape 0.52 mm thick and weight 43.478 gm/metre, between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of RBT used.
