Infrastructure Development at CHC, Balugaon under AMA Hospital Building in the District of Khordha

Clearing and grubbing roads and land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in Ordinary soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and the Earth transported by transport vehicles as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling in Foundation, Plinth and other low laying area with excavated materials including cost of all labour, T&P etc complete including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer in charge .

Filling at all depth with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete (lead upto 100m) as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for PRE CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti termite treatment and creating a continuous chemical barrier under and all round the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated sorroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete as per specifications (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment).

Disposal of Surplus Earth/Debris staked at work site by mechanical means including loading and unloading and disposing the same within a lead of 5 km with hire running charges of all machineries, cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming, poking and compacting including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of the materials and cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the engineer in charge.(a)Ground Floor

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, shuttering, centering, curing, labour cess, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.Ground Floor

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in Position Reinforced Cement Concrete of M 20 grade including cost of Centering and shuttering using 20mm and down grade size black hard granite (Crusher Broken) chips of approved quality from approved quary including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.,R.C.C.
