Dewatering/desilting of existing manholes of internal size n exc 0.60mx0.60m depth n exc 1.50m and removing of all solid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature (manual or mechanical system at contractor's discretion)and incl removing RCC manhole Covers and refixing the same after cleaning the same position, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dewatering/desilting of existing manholes of internal size n exc 1.00mx1.00m depth exc 1.50m but n exc 3.00m and removing of all solid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature (manual or mechanical system at contractor's discretion)and incl removing RCC manhole Covers and refixing the same after cleaning the same position, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dewatering/desilting of existing Septic Tank incl removing of all solid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature (manual or mechanical system at contractor's discretion or using suction pump where ever required up to any depth by working under foul conditions and disposal of the same in out of MoD area, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes:-

(a) Septic Tank of 50 user

(b) Septic Tank of 100 user

(c ) Septic Tank of 150 user

(d) Septic Tank of 200 user

Dewatering/baling out/ pounding out the left over the water mixed with kind of shrubs, vegetation, grass etc from soak well size exc 2.00 metre dia but n.exc 6 metre dia (manually or by pumping) and depositing off to a distance n.exc. 50 metre from the outer perimeter of soak well complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No -07 : The Soakage well shall be measured more than one time as per requirment and directed by Egnr-in-Charge.

M&L for loose filling with brocken bricks of gauge 80 to 150 mm in sockege pits, sockage wells, complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC work of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arched, pillars etc but excl ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafats wells cesspits manholes, pier holes etc hard / dense soil getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as Item No 11 above but in Hard Rock ( Hard Rock Blasting Prohibited).

Demolation and breaking up drain pipes any size and description (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced) set in cement mortar incl demolation of PCC haunching etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified.

S&F Salt- glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ 150 mm bore, ISI marked jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade complete all as specified.

Supply and fix reinforced concrete pipes class NP3 pipe 300 mm bore, ISI marked jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade complete all as specified.

All as per item No 32 hereinbefore but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle.

Dismantling existing old damaged barbed wire fencing & Supply and fixing in Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified.

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl taking down old u/s AC sheet all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook sand hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Preparation new steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down and Fixing chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel bolts , factory made with hexagonal or square head one end and screw the other to be fitted with washer etc and one hexagonal or square bolt not exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repairs punched tape concertina coil 900 mm coil dia size of any type of standards, rails etc including provision of mild steel (annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed & by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs punched tape concertina coil 600 mm coil dia size of any type of standards, rails etc including provision of mild steel (annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed & by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Note : Sr item No 54,55 & 56. (a) Items are catered for security wall. (b) No motor able road/path is available at back side being forest land. Complete work shall be executed carrying material manually.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down completely on brick wall/concrete surfaces thoroughly, washing, rubbing down with water cleaning the surface upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over and incl one coat of primer on old surface of walls/roofs of desired tints / colour after preparation the surface by making surfaces completely smooth by filling holes with birla white care putty in camouflage pattern by using three or more colour as required complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE : For camouflage three or four colour of different shade to be used as directed by Engineer in charge (i) Pattern shall be approved by user unit.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down completely on brick wall/concrete surfaces thoroughly, washing, rubbing down with water cleaning the surface upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over and incl one coat of primer on old surface of walls/roofs of desired tints / colour after preparation the surface by making surfaces completly smooth by filling holes with birla white care putty as required complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete , sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge
