Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

S & F in repair MCB DB made of sheet steel phosphatised powder coated with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and din rail, double door type, TPN 4 way 240v, fixed in wall including making good disturbed surfaces including taking down old unserviceable , complete all as directed. M&L Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 40mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe light grade 20mm dia, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit with PCC type C1 , 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC type B1, (1:2:4)(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10mm dia round bar including galvanised strip of size 25mm x 4mm for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, 2009 and all as directed including taking down old unserviceable one. Replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (where ever necessary), reassembling the same including provision of three core flexible copper wire 1.5m long, including one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) with super glossy finish to fan body and blades refixing the same to its original position including testing complete all as directed. Note : Replacement of worn out/ defective/unserviceable parts, flexible copper wire and rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule).
