Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and in roof padding and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.
M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even for laying roof treatment all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding 40 mm thick, finished fair and even to receive further treatment complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, 10cm overlap & end lap 15 cm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm & finished all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufacturer's.

Note: The rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to be included for scaffolding and necessary formwork upto triple storey bldg.
