S&F of Steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick mild steel base plate, welded to Pole, B-118 finial taper cap, bolts, nuts and screws, poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II type 410-SP-55 (11m long) including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the and portion embedded in concrete, making five black and white bands at lower portion of pole above ground level/coping each 300 mm wide alternately and marking pole number. with black paint at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’.

Dismantling of old / vintage ACSR Conductor site complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cross arms, bracings, supports , clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts , washers , welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and incxlusive of one primer coat , one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X3.14mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 20/3 mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR 1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.

Supply , laying and stringing of ACSR Conductor , Aluminium conductor reinforced with steel including various acessories like line connectors , line taps and compression joints wherever required in streaching of conductor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Wiring:- Wiring shallbe 2.5sqmm for acc. (copper) Size of Panel:- Size as per switchgear accomdation , double door system ,hindge to be provided,powder coated to complete panel. Note:- PCC foundation according to panel. coping/finising is included in quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI/CI pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI/CI pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated meterial not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning,filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches of size 80 mm bore including all fittings such as elbows, Tee, socket, union, reducers, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Flanges to be provided at every 6 m length or shorter length as directed by Engr-in-Charge. flange will be welded to the pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 08 Nos of nuts and bolts (M20 Type) at each jointing. Flanges will be of IS-6392 specifications. The cost of flanges,nuts & bolts, gaskets and connecting of flanges to pipeline by welding will be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate.

(ii) All standard fittings such as bends (any type, radius or angle), tapers any type (straingt, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, MS flanges complete bends, TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc jointing are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. Make of fitting - ISI marked. (iii) Jointing of pipe line will be done through flanging only and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately. (v) Any special fittings to be fabricated at site as per typical site condition will be measured and paid seprately. (vi) Welding of flanges to be done by trained personnels at site and included in the quoted rate for normal flange joints for nominal length of pipes. However if the welding of pipes (other than normal flanged joint at normal length) is required the same shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for laying tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches of size 50 mm bore including all fittings such as elbows, Tee, socket, union, reducers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 22.00 here-in-before but of size 20 mm bore including all fittings such as elbows, Tee, scocket, union, reducers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply fabrication and fixing MS joints like bends Tee, tapers, collars, elbow, tail piece (any type) caps, plugs up to 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve of size 80 mm dia (PN 1.6) ISI Marked with iron wheel head both end flanged, CI /steel spindle, non rising type complete with neoprene rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers including taking down the old one etc coplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing GI/CI water main pipe line upto 250 mm bore in position for making branch connection (insertion of GI Tee) including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:GI fittings such as tee, elbows, collar, reducer etc joint and jointing material for fixing of cast iron fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve of size 50 mm dia bore ISI marked cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve of size 20 mm dia bore, ISI makred cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of existing road for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI pipes for laying of any size pipes including necessary exacavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing with pre mix bituminous carpet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber all as specified and including excavation and earth work in any type of soil plastring PCC in foundation MS sheet cover 3mm thick with locking arrangement 65mm dia : Godrej (Freedom) painting with two coats of bituminous paint etc complete of size 1000 x 900 x 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for supplying installing, testing of Electronic Liquid Chlorine (SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE) dozing pump 230V AC 50 HZ capacity upto 10LPH @ 5 Kg/CM2 pressure, pump head PP with glass filled, Teflon Diaphragm with suction and discharge tubing 3 meters alongwith PVC injector with NRV with 150 Ltr capacity heavy duty FRV tank complete, with 15mm dia GI Pipe medium grade with control valve for inlet connection of dosing tank with necessary electric connection to dosing pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cast iron air release valve with two air outlets of size 80 mm dia including all jointing materials like high pressure rubber gasket nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI water mains pipe 80/50 mm bore (including all fittings), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
