B/R PORTION Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc.4.00 Sqm each wooden all as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm each all as directed.

Taking down shutter and re-fixing in the same opening after necessary repair like easing etc. area exc 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each completed all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2nd class HW, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frams, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, moulded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as directed.

S&F 35mm thick Factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed & skleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass, gauge etc.(without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8, clause 8.20(a) complete all as directed.

S&F Factory made 35mm thick with 2nd class hard wood, rail and style factory made plain framed panelled shutter(two panel) with lock, rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail & style as per IS:1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S&F in repair 30mm flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides completed all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame (chowkhat) of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour wood grain PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with MS square tube, S&F in opening as per specification & drg as per manufacturer instrutions completed all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick, consisting of frame made out of Mild Steel Tube of 19 Gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for Stiles and 15mm x 15mm for Top & Bottom Rails. Mild Steel Frame shall have a coat of Steel Primer of Approved Make and Manufacturer. Mild Steel Frame shall be covered with 5.0mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' Channel of size 30 x 50mm forming Stiles and 5.0mm thick, 75mm wide PVC Sheets For Top Rail, Lock Rail & Bottom Rail on either side, and 10mm (5.0mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide Cross PVC Sheet as gap insert for Top Rail, Lock Rail & Bottom Rail. Panelling of 5.0mm thick PVC Sheet Beading on either side and joined together with Solvent Cement Adhesive, etc. An additional 5.0mm thick PVC Strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC Solvent Adhesive, fixing in opening as per Specifications and Drawings shown in MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified and as directed.
