Required1. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD.
Required2. Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR / Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.
Required3. Upto date valid Enlistment Order of the contractor.
Required4. Affidavit Form F (Page No 15 of this NIT)
Required5. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J. (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e.,07.01.2026)
Required6. GST Registration Certificate
Required7. Copy of agency letter head having valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number..
Required8. Undertaking by the Contractor I/We hereby undertake that I/We have read and understood all terms and conditions mentioned in this N.I.T and I/We will comply and supply all the furniture items as per the specifications specified in this N.I.T and as per make approved by engineer-in-charge only.
