Providing and laying of stone soling laid dry hard packed tightly including all carriages complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering (M 10)1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 4.4.3 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm indepth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:4.6.1 Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level 5.22.6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 1:6 (1 cement and 6 coarse Sand ) including curing

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor level V

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): 2nd class kail wood

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins /rafters/posts/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete First class Budloo/Fir wood

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, 2nd class kail wood (35mm)

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick., 2nd class kail wood

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 2nd class kail wood (35mm)

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors,windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0mm thick glass panes

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc includingpriming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to goiiv an even shade , two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with odinary paint of approved brand.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing coloured high rib corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hook, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/sqm
