DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF INTERNAL ELECT SUPPLY, ELECTRIC METER, SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM, LIGHTENING CONDUCTOR AND ALLIED WORKS AT NAMS

Attending of day to day electrical complaints pertaining to internal electrification received through telephone/ Armaan or in person on detailment at MES Service centre located at NAMS Area by locating and rectification of fault from and including electric meter/DB onwards in respect of sub main/point wiring including provisioning of small pieces of electric cable of size 1.5/2.5 Sqmm to 10 Sqmm single core copper conductor and length not increasing 0.50 mtrs and fixtures for power and light socket/light, fan and bell etc complete and carrying out repairs to the extent of tightening of loose connections, disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires, battens, conduits, boxes, main switches, MCB's, DB's and other E/M fixtures including providing necessary screws / nuts / bolts / nails for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantled serviceable items and replacement of defective items with new ones complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Cost of labour for the fixing/replacement of unserviceable item shall deemed to be included in item no 2 and cost of store replaced shall be measured as supply only against relevant Items.

(ii) Complaint pertaining to location and rectification of fault in more than one length of point wiring/sub main wiring/DB's/fitting or fixtures etc shall be considered as an independent complaint. Similarly complaint pertaining to replacement of two fixtures in one Qtr will also be measured and paid as one complaint. (iii) Replacement of more than two fixtures/items but multiple of three fixtures or part thereof in one Qtr/Bldg will be measured as an additional complaint. (iv) In case a Qtr/room is found locked when tradesman is detailed to attend the complaint, the complaint shall be treated as one till its completion. (v) Necessary tools for tradesman shall be provided by the contractor. (vi) Transportation for tradesman and normal stores required for complaints shall be arranged by the contractor. (vii) Complaints of normal nature shall be attended and rectified within 8Hrs of receipt of complaint. However, complaints of emergent nature i.e no light, short circuit, earth fault etc shall be attended immediately on receipt of complaint round the clock. (viii) Bldgs requiring rewiring of small qty of point wiring if ordered will be measured and paid separately under respective items below

(ix) Requiring stores i.e switchs and sockets, fan regulator, bell push, metal flush box, lamp holder, bell ding dong of modular and non modular shall be issued by department for fixing only. (x) Contractor will deposit all the items to EM Store in advance and unsv items will be collected by the contractor as schedule of credit. (xi) Electrician will report to AGE EM complaint cell at 9 O'Clock daily for collecting of complaints. Complaint received on Armaan application will be done in the same day and after completion of complaint Electrician will report to Armaan Cell for uploading the completion report. (xii) Contractor deploy local electrician for the job so that urgent nature of complaint like no light, short circuit and earth fault will also done on Holidays/ Sunday. (xiii) The contractor will deploy 4 nos electrician and 2 nos geyser mechanic throughout the contract irrespective of no of complaint received. (xiv) For Non attending of urgent nature complaint within 24 hours a penalty of 100 RS/per day/per complaint will be levied on contractor.

M&L for taking down the existing faulty single phase tamper proof Electronic Energy meter with LCD display 230 volts 4 wire system, 10-60 amps, 50 Hz ,replacing the unserviceable chip board, unsv body and all burnt parts complete,making it to serviceable state, including testing, caliberation & refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down the existing faulty 3 phase tamper proof Electronic Energy meter with LCD display 415 volts 4 wire system, 10-60 amps, 50 Hz ,replacing the unserviceable chip board, unsv body and all burnt parts complete,making it to serviceable state, including testing, caliberation & refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Attending complaints for taking down geysers of any make & size from existing position of any height for repair, mainteance and refixing the same after neccesary repair complete all as directed. Notes (i) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch . (ii) Cost of minor items i.e. Screws, nut & bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in the above item.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminum strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws with rubber washers for protection of water leakage etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including fixing clamps/insulator and taking out existing aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI strip 32x6 mm with saddles and fixing screws with rubber washers for protection of water leakage etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including fixing clamps/insulator and taking out existing aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 95.00 here in above but Refixing only GI strip including re aligning of strip and refixing of PVC/Porcelain insulators with 6cm long screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors retrieved ground complete all as speciifed and directed.

S&F in replacement for GI tubing, 40mm bore, light grade with fittings like MS clamps, Nut & Bolts for fixing to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) for install to air termination rod and fair finish to the exposed surfaces complete all specifed and direccted.
