Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of cement concrete, including flashing and junction of parapets etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ).

Material and labour for applying a coat of hot blown paving industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg/ sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.3 litre per sqm over the roof surface including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/ sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. Make: Shalimar Tar Products/ IWL Ltd/ Torchar.

Material and labour for brick tile terracing with 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 11.00 above but except tiles

Material and labour for flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (AC or PVC) in event n.exc 150mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75mm bore with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks, 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified & directed.
