The payment terms shall be governed as per the terms indicated in special conditions of contract.

Basic Rate to be quoted for each item. Subject work is called on works contract basis and prevailing GST of 18% has been added in the BOQ on overall total. Any revision on this GST rate is to HAL account.

Successful offer that is L-1 (Lowest offer) will be determined including GST.

Amount towards GST will be paid along with RAR payment against invoice.

The tenderers are requested to abide by the rules of prevailing GST act.

This BOQ specification has to be read in conjunction with technical specifications and tender drawings. Any ambiguity in these have to be brought to the knowledge of contract section before submission of tender to avoid future claims/dispute.
