Removal of blockage in the Intercepting Chamber and Cleaning The sewer line connection I.C. and main sewer line by mechanical means by engaging trunk mounted sewer jetting cum suction machine. The rate includes the cost of Water required for cleaning the blockage and disposal of debris, waste water to the nearest drainage pumphouse/STP.

Desilting the canal ‘U’ drain, culvert etc, by removing silt, slush and debris from the bed of drain and removing the grass bushes etc, complete in unhygienic and foul condition including disposal of the same within an average lead of 2 Km without polluting the environment etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing shear connectors upto 16mm dia in holes of 20mm dia and 100mm deep drilled at necessary places as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including drilling, cleaning the drilled holes with air blower to remove all dust and fixing the shear connectors in the filled holes with a two component, polyester resin Anchor grout of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc. Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions like IIT / SERC / NTH or so (Confirming to ASTM 827 SNF CRDC 621 & BS 6319 part 2 1983) as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering the wall surface with Cement Mortar of mix 1:4(One part of cement:4 fine sand) mixed with styrene butadiene styrene rubber latex of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc. Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions (confirming to ASTM 1059 - 99 for bonding agent, Physical properties: Compressive strength 7.5 + or -2.0 MPa, tensile strength 2.0 MPa at ratio of 1:1:5 (1part of Cera polymer Latex : 1 part of water : 5parts of cement) in 2 coats including all lead and lift etc., complete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

chipping the worn out wall and concrete portion using proper tools and removing the loose particles and preparing the surface for treatment with wire brush etc.,. Complete until to reach sound good surface and removing the debris and disposal of the debris as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Providing high strength Non shrink free flow micro concrete of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc. Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions like IIT / SERC / NTH or so (Confirming to ASTM C109 7cm cube for compressive strength 45-50 MPa, Physical properties: Tensile Strength - 2.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days (BS 4551-80), Flexural Strength - 5.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days) over the Epoxy bonding agent applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc., upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measurement has to be taken considering 15mrn thickness of repaired surface). For this treatment precise quantity of water ie 0.15 W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the manufacturers specification with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cement plaster.

Providing single component polymer modified cementiticus repair mortar of CERA/SlKA/FOSROC/Mc Bauchmie/DON/BASF OR EQUN ALENT make certificate and tested by accredited institutions (confirming to bond strength ASTM D4541 & comprestve strength ASTM C 109, Physical properties comressive strength 45.0N/sqm, flexural strength-8.0 N/sqm over the primer applied surface of 15mm, avarage thickness to make the surface smooth by trowelling and finishing the surface meet including all lead and lift etc., complete.

Removal of sludge from the septic tank and disposal of the same through the sewage tanker in safe location with an average lead of 10km. The rate to include the cost of labour charge for removing and relaying of cover slab laid over the septic tank mixing of Ferro Sulphate in to the septic tank for Through mechanical device and disposal of the same including hire charge for sewage tanker etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Attending repair work to aluminium sliding windows and ventilators including cost of rubber beading, handle, locks, hinges, screws and labour charges excluding cost of glass panes and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
