Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr. : All kinds of soil.

Supplying and fixing in walls machine cut and polished stone shelves, tands and in CM 1:3 with machine cut edges : Sand or other approved stone 50mm thick.

Supplying and fixing in walls machine cut and polished stone shelves, tands and in CM 1:3 with machine cut edges : Kota stone minimum 30mm thick.

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm.

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).

Extra for using size above 200x300mm in glazed tiles and for using 400mm x 400mm MAT finished tiles in place of 300mm x 300mm size.

Providing and fixing external grade board solid core single leaf flush door shutters ISI 2202-67 marked using Phenol formal dehyderesin in glue both sides with approved steel fittings complete as per annexure 'A' : 30 mm thick. Commercial Veneer both side.

Extra for providing external lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 6 mm minimum depth on all edges of shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured) Over item no. 8.13.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS 4351 manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface including filling with CC 1:2:4(M15 grade) complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge : Profile C.

Providing and fixing designer cement concrete polished tiles over 20mm average thick base of CM 1 :4 (1 Cement : 4 sand) jointing with cement mortar 1 :2 ( 1cement : 2 sand) with pigment to match the shade of the tiles having minimum thickness of 25mm complete with all respect. ( as per IS 1237:2012).

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Extra for plastering done on moulding cornices or architraves including neat finish to line and level: In two coats.

Providing and fixing vertical Blinds, headrail shall be oriented aluminum alloy 50 mm wide x 18 mm high the thickness shall be 1.2 mm. Control unit shall be made of high grade polymer and shall be housed in side the headrail, which shall transfer motion from chain tilter to tilt rod. Chain tilter shall be made of plastic bead of diameter 4.5 mm through which 2 mm thick polyester code passes. Tilt rod shall be extruded aluminum having 3 key ways. Runner shall be moulded plastic and shall have to plastic wheels mounted on plastic axles to enable runner to slide unhindered in headrail. Luver shall be made of fabric 100 mm colour fast and shall have protective scotchgard coating to resist stains and dust. Bottom mechanism consist bottom weight made of powder coated galvanized steel for maximum corrosion resistance. The bottom weight shall be attached with bottom.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201.By Mechanical Means.In area of thorny jungle

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. (b) complete panel shall undergo a process of degreasing, Water rinsing, Activation, derusting, pickling in acid bath, phosphatising & shall be subjected to nine tank process and then Powder coated with approved shade of minimum 70 microns on both side(Inner & Outer side) of panel. The panel having PE foam/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness ,required hardware , concealed hinged door with key type locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear earthed with 2.5 sq.mm braided copper wire.

[c) Interconnection between bus bar and switchgears /cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (up to 63 amp ) and by solid bus bar (>63 amp ) . control wiring will be carried out with 1.5 Sq.mm, Earth wire with 2.5 Sq.mm and CT with 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper wire only. All joints / interconnections of copper bus bar shall be dully tinned . Clearance between main bus bar and risers / metal parts shall be at least 10 mm additional to width of bus bar Bus bar is insulated by Heat Shrinkable sleeves . Earth and Neutral bus bar shall be half of the size of phase bus bar. ( Cost of Bus bar / Flexible wire for Interconnection between Main busbar and Switchgear is to be Paid Extra )

(d) Wiring between components within switchgear and Incoming / outgoing cable shall be done through the terminal block only. Direct connection shall not be permitted. Each terminal block shall be one piece moulded, barrier type, 650 volt grade, complete with washers, heads, studs with two nuts and identification strips and shall have adequate continuous current rating. For tap-offs, adjacent terminals with shorting strips shall be used. 10% Spare terminal blocks shall be provided. Wire identification on marking strip shall correspond to the designation of the wiring diagrams. All wire terminals on the equipment shall also be marked with designation corresponding to those of the wiring diagram.

(e) All wiring shall be enclosed in plastic channels and neatly bunched and closed in metering chamber, Wiring between terminals of various devices shall be ‘point to point’ (no wire splitting or tee connections) with wires neatly trucked along the back of the panels, adequately supported to prevent sagging.

(f) Floor mounted panel shall be mounted on Base frame of ISMC channel size 100 x 50 x 5 mm ( to be paid Extra )

(g) Tests: The insulation resistance (with 1000 V Megger) and High voltage Power frequency test (by applying a voltage of 2.5KV for one minute) shall be measured between phases, between phase and neutral and between phase and earth. both before and after high voltage power frequency test. The insulation resistance shall not be less than three megaohm. CT Secondary current injection test shall also be carried out.

(h) only outer surface area on all sides shall be measured & panel to be fabricated only from CPRI approved fabricator only (CPRI type Test certificates for Temp. rise test, Short circuit test for 50 kA and IP test is to be submitted)

S I T C of star rated Aluminium wound distribution Transformer of following rating 11/0.433KV Delta-Star Connected, Vector Group Dyn 11,ONAN Cooled & as per BEE star - 1 ( Correspnding level as per BIS amended upto date of receipt of tender) & BIS approved as per IS 2026- 1977 & losses as defined as per 2014 (Fourth Revision) Level-1 including standard accessories like conservator, silica gel breather, radiator, fins, HT cable box & LT cable boxes, temperature rise in winding/oil 35-40 degree C upto 200 KVA & 40-45 degree C for above 200 KVA, ISI marked drain valve, Dial type Temperature gauge, first filling of transformer oil as per IS :335-1953, Epoxy based paint, undirectional rollers as required including carrying of pre-commission Testing & Charging of Transformer complete in all respect . Factory Tests : The Transformer shall be subjected to routine factory tests (as per IS:2026 and IS:1180) in OEM's own lab and same shall be witnessed by Department engineer. Site Tests : Following tests shall be carried out on each transformer at site by OEM engineer in presence of department's site engineer:- a) Ratio test on each tapping.b) Resistance of windings at principal and all tapings.c) Insulation resistance of the winding between HV to earth / HV to LV / LV to earth.d) Vector group test.e) Magnetic Balance test. Transformer shall be tested from CTL of discom before charging of transformer & complete installaion must be certified from Electrical Inspectorate office as per Indian Electricity rule, (CTL testing charges and Electrical Inspection charges shall be reimbursed by the department to the contractor)

Note :Manufacturer's testing laboratory should be certified by NABL and have an in house core cutting facility to ensure proper control & monitoring of quality. This is crutial to prevent the mixing of prime core materials with Second grade or defective materials. The core should be constructed from high grade, non ageing, PRIME GRADE CRGO steel with M4 Grade or Better, using silicon steel laminations, and should be of boltless design. The core and coil assembly should be undergo drying process using a highly efficient vacuum drying autoclave to remove moisture through heating and drying.

Supply & Installation of D.P. Structure With AIR BREAK SWITCH having following specifications A, B, C, D, E.

A) Double pole structure on 2 no ISMB ( I beam ) of size 150 x 75 mm x 8 mm, 9 mtr length using MS channel each of size 100 mm x 50 mm x 2500 mm ( 3 No. ) and of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 2500 (4 No.) mm complete in all respect with nuts, springs washers, clamps as required.

B) Off load type gang operated 3-pole horizontal flute type switch suitable for 11KV ; 400A ,3-ø, central post rotating double break isolator complete with MS hardware , copper moving & fixed contact ,assembly of 9 nos pin insulator , 25 mm ‘B’ class GI pipe of suitable length for operation.

C) 3nos Vertical / Horizontal mounted 11kv horn gap fuse set /drop out 11kv barrel fuses mounted on 6no pin insulators

SITC of HT metering cubical panel (as approved By DISCOMs) fabricated from 20 SWG CRCA sheet steel having two compartments & MS angle of size 60mmX 6mm. It should have provision for Following: (i) fixing Trivector / Import - Export Meter (To be supplied by DISCOMs) (ii) fixing of combined CT PT Set with Copper strip for Connection (To be supplied by DISCOMs), (iii)Test terminal Block, (iv) 6mm thick Bakelite sheet on all sides, (V) 3/6 corex 1.5 / 2.5 Sq.mm copper cable for interconnections, etc. as required. .

SITC of Monoblock closed coupled motor pump set with TEFC motor, motor should be IP55-F class and IE2 efficiency for monobloc, with carbon steel /SS-410 shaft, Mechanical seal, Single/Three phase Including cost of hardware etc on existing platform complete. Pump shall have following HP Rating, phase, Head, minimum Discharge respectively and Dynamically balanced rotating parts to ensure min. vibration etc. complete in all respect.
