Dismantling doors , windows and clearstory windows ( steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats , architrave , holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors , windows , ventilators , and partitions with extruded built up standard tabular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 , fixed with dash fasteners of required dia. and size , including necessary filling up the gaps at juctions , i.e. at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free , straight , mitre and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle , Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in- charge.( Glazing , panelling and dash fastners to be paid separately ) A ] For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron )

[ B ]For shutters of doors , windows & ventilator including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid separately ) Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron )

Providing and fixing in glazing in aluminium door , window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. With EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item ) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness( weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm )

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade I Type II , in panelling fixed in aluminium doors , windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. Brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides [ Bison board . NCL MAKE ]

Providing and fixing Brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles ( best quality of approved quality ) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia. 100 mm with SS screws etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent Rcc / Brick / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealent over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand ) and a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished rough with sponge.
