To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 3.2(b)satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of RCC Retaining wall work of value not less than 159.03 lakhs.

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year (in the last five years i.e.2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 3.2(c) the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earthwork excavation /Embankment/ sub grade/Back filling - 7029.00m3 2.PCC/RCC-965.00m3 3.Steel-68.00 tonne. work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate i). Availability by owning at least 50 % of the required/specified key and critical equipments for this work.ii). To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 3.2(a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 636.11 Lakhs, (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only) Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL (KPPP) and the Balance of Rs.3.77 lakhs by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.
