Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity three phase, 400 Volts, 50 Hz air cooled microcool Cassette type air-conditioning unit (ceiling mounted with energy efficient rotary compressor and microprocessor based logic control alongwith vibration pads for indoor unit, pressure testing, vaccuming, eco-friendly refrigerant gas charging, 100% copper coil for indoor & outdoor units as per manufacturer's technical specifications including repair & alternation in RCC / false ceiling for fixing of cassette type ac unit and also repair & alternation of windows, cutting the wall, making good the same for laying of refrigerant copper piping and dismentling of exising ac units including refrigerant copper piping and its accessories to kept in store as per instructions given by the Engineer-incharge and also supplying and fixing of suitable MS stand for outdoor units with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper refrigerant pipe 4 TR cassette type air-conditioning unit with proper insulation, shaddling, supports etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper cable for above cassette AC from indoor unit to outdoor unit including connections etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of PVC drain pipe 25 mm dia with insulation etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 5.5 TR capacity three phase, 400 Volts, 50 Hz air cooled microcool Ductable type air-conditioning unit (ceiling mounted with energy efficient rotary compressor and microprocessor based logic control alongwith vibration pads for indoor unit, pressure testing, vaccuming, eco-friendly refrigerant gas charging, 100% copper coil for indoor & outdoor units, with necessary supports & fittings, pressure testing of copper pipes with nitrogen, vaccumising the system, internal wiring & drain leak test etc. as per manufacturer's technical specifications, including repair & alternation in RCC ceiling / false ceiling plan for fixing of ductable type ac unit and also repair & alternation of windows / cutting the wall for laying of refrigerant copper piping, making good and dismentling of exising ac units including refrigerant copper piping and its accessories to kept in store as per instructions given by the Engineer-incharge and also supplying and fixing of suitable MS stand for outdoor units with suitable foundation etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper refrigerant pipe 5.5 TR capacity ductable type air-conditioning unit with proper insulation, shaddling, supports etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper cable for 5.5 TR Ductable AC unit from indoor unit to outdoor unit including connections etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of PVC drain pipe 25 mm dia with insulation etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11.0 TR capacity three phase, 400 Volts, 50 Hz air cooled floor mounted ducted air cooled Package type air-conditioning unit with energy efficient twin rotary compressor and microprocessor based logic control alongwith vibration pads for indoor unit, pressure testing, vaccuming, eco-friendly refrigerant gas charging, 100% copper coil for indoor & outdoor units, with necessary supports & fittings, pressure testing of copper pipes with nitrogen, vaccumising the system, internal wiring & drain leak test, corrosion treatment for the outdoor unit etc. as per manufacturer's technical specifications, including repair & alternation of windows / cutting the wall for fixing of package type ac unit & laying of refrigerant copper piping, making good and dismantling of exising ac units including refrigerant copper piping and its accessories to kept in store as per instructions given by the Engineer-incharge also supplying and fixing of suitable MS stand for outdoor units with suitable foundation etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper refrigerant pipe 11.0 TR capacity package type air-conditioning unit with proper insulation, shaddling, supports etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper cable for 11.0 TR package type air-conditioning unit from indoor unit to outdoor unit including connections etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular / round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (a) Thickness 1.25 mm sheet

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. (a) 25 mm

Providing and fixing of wire mesh (rabbit) wrapped over GI duct tied with GI binding wires at suitable spacing etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CEMENT PLASTER 20 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing expandable fasteners of specified size with necessary plastic sleeves and galvanised M.S. screws including drilling holes in masonry work / CC / R.C.C. and making good etc. complete. (a) 50 mm long

Providing and fixing of canvas connection of suitable size of air outlet of Ductable AC, Package type AC etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 2.0 TR capacity three phase, 400 Volts, 50 Hz air cooled microcool Tower type air-conditioning unit (floor mounted with energy efficient rotary compressor and microprocessor based logic control alongwith vibration pads for indoor unit, pressure testing, vaccuming, eco-friendly refrigerant gas charging, 100% copper coil for indoor & outdoor units as per manufacturer's technical specifications including repair & alternation of windows, cutting the wall, making good the same for laying of refrigerant copper piping and dismantling of exising ac units including refrigerant copper piping and its accessories to kept in store as per instructions given by the Engineer-incharge and also supplying and fixing of suitable stand for indoor & outdoor units with suitable foundation etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper refrigerant pipe 2 TR tower type air-conditioning unit with proper insulation, shaddling, supports etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size copper cable for above tower AC from indoor unit to outdoor unit including connections etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of PVC drain pipe 25 mm dia with insulation etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of cordless remote control Window type air-conditioning unit of 1.5 TR star rating: 3 cooling capacity comprising an unit consisting of sealed rotary compressor, eco-friendly refrigerant gas charging, air cooled condenser (100% copper coil), condenser fan, expansion device etc. and unit consisting of centrifugal fan, blower, fan motor, out door casing, filter, control, etc. as per manufacturer's technical specifications and suitable for single phase, 230 Volts, 50 HZ power supply including repair & alternation of windows / cutting the wall, making good and dismantling of exising ac units and its accessories to kept in store as per instructions given by the Engineer-incharge etc complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of cordless remote control high wall type Split air-conditioning unit of 2.0 TR star rating: 3 cooling capacity comprising an out-door unit consisting of sealed compressor, eco-friendly refrigerant gas charging, air cooled condenser (100% copper coil), condenser fan, expansion device etc and indoor unit consisting of centrifugal fan, fan motor, out-door casing, filter, control, 100 % copper coil for indoor & outdoor units, with necessary supports & fittings, pressure testing of copper pipes with nitrogen, vaccumising the system, internal wiring & drain leak test etc. as per manufacturer's technical specifications and suitable for single phase, 230 Volts, 50 HZ power supply including repair & alternation in RCC / false ceiling for fixing of split type ac unit and also repair & alternation of windows, cutting the wall, making good the same for laying of refrigerant copper piping and dismantling of exising ac units including refrigerant copper piping and its accessories to kept in store as per instructions given by the Engineer-incharge and also supplying and fixing of suitable MS stand for outdoor units with suitable foundation etc complete as required.
