Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Rolling & consolidation formation surface in cutting rolled with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller.

Soling (or sub base) 150mm (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone of gauge 63mm to 990 mm, interstices filled, surface formed & rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber.

WBM 150mm (compacted thickness) in two layers (75mm each) with granite trap or basalt aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled with power roller, 8 to 12 tonne to form a true surface.

Preparing surfaces /unsurfaces WBM by brushing with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with RS-I grade cationic emulsion @7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer on black top surface

M&L 50mm compacted thickness of premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumin rolled and compacted to reqd camber using mechanical paver

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with RS-I grade cationic emulsion @2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer on black top surface, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed using mechanical paver

M&L 100mm thick Moorum/red bajri for berm.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast kerb stone with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm (graded aggregate) fixed in CM 1:6 as continous edgeing for road laid vertically both side of road etc.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator madeout of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details. 3. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
