Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling as mass concrete ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for Rolled mild steel work Fe -290 -W (Grade E- 165) quality A, as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan Neck made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing or holding of barbed wire or concertina coil , etc. to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for Material & labour for PVC coated galvanized iron chain link fencing, made of GI wire dia not less than 3 mm, and minimum dia 4.5 mm after PVC coating, any size of mesh (Mesh size to be approved by the GE) , including line wire, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire, fixed as knuckled type and dismantling & taking down the old unserviceable chain link fencing mesh complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for MS Screws bolts (Machine made) 5 to 10mm dia of neck , with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n.exc 15cm long ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for mild steel work Fe-290 Grade E-165, as 10mm dia and over round bars , flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh , chain link fencing etc, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, and screwing etc. or securing bolts; complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for Galvanised iron two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm c/c spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stapples or steel pin, with & including dismantling & taking down the old unserviceable barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

Dismantling & taking down Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) ) sheets as in roof coverings ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling framed work timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes including distance pieces , cleats etc ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 Type B-1 (Using 20mm Graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B-1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm Graded stone aggregate) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Use & waste of formwork for fair finished Square, rectangular or polygonal sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns and stanchions ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantaling of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

All as per Srl item No 21 here-in-before but except bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from dismantaling shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar) ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using with and including water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved over a coat of cement primer on wall surfaces ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved over a coat of cement primer on wall surfaces ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Hardcore of broken bricks gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges including form work ; complete all as specified & by the Engineer in Charge.
