Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for laying of pipes, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick or stone surface , finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered or concrete wall surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 250, 300 and 600 mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cemnet mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( type D2) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 250mm dia concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed as in weep holes, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 300mm dia concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed as in weep holes, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 600mm dia concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed as in weep holes, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 250mm dia in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C- 2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in, surface channel and drain, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregates cover slabs of drain, manholes,or other similar work, etc and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, bending, hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, bending, hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) etc all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing drain of by removing muddy soil at any depth to original level by using serviceable drain and spread upto 2m complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus spoil not exceding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
